But just on the basis of the last few posts alone, I think it's only right that Index supplies all that ordered with at least one printer.

I wouldn't feel right if I got one and others didn't.

When i phoned them to ask whether i would be getting a printer in exchange for the wrongly sent USB cable, i was told i was going to be getting a letter concerning this & then they gave me a date for the cable to be picked up, which it was. I got the letter stating that they would be swapping the USB cable with the printer 2 days later. So as far as im concerned im getting the printer, ive kept the receipt & letter to show the delivery man if needed. They havent refunded me any money yet.

i also returned the 2 usb cards they sent me they have only refunded me for one so they better had send me at least one printer but the letter i had from them (the same one offering swap) mentioned printers as in more than one!!!

how long do we wait people they are just doing what they want again aren't they? while we are all sitting patiently waiting for them to get their skates on...

Same here Coolio, and I've heard nothing since sending back the letter and accepting their exchange offer.

Saving grace is that we have the offer in black and white, so they will arrive - eventually!

Im happy now, even though it was a bit (<understatement) of a hassle, it was worth it.

go to trading standards online and report them...thatll speed them up

i already have ts onside there is a guy who i speak to and email who is pretty helpful he says it could take a while though!

i am going to email index on monday so see what is going on..... prob just get one of their crappy automated answers
