It'd be interesting to know how many peoples' accounts were debited for these 'printers' and what interest Index made on the money and what they intend doing with it.

And does anyone else think they keep moving the goalposts?

Sofa: I don't think they are moving the goalposts at all to be honest, I think it's just that not all Index advisors are in the loop. That's why different info is given out...the majority of them are still reading from the original script.

I'm not sure what's going on (nothing new on that front then ), but it seems to me that by not returning the USB's, Index are allowing people to break their own T&C's ...... if that makes sense?

Know what you mean ....but because this matter is subject to a dispute, the usual thing about returning within a certain timeframe doesn't apply in this case. (So I'm told.)

I'm annoyed. Not because of getting or not getting the printer, but by being duped into thinking it was a genuine offer! Grrrrr

had an email of index saying they have cancelled my order funny that cos they confirmed by email i was getting the printers when i ordered them and i like many others were debited it for this so i passed on the reply to ts and also emailed index back saying they had the nerve to cancel my order after they had took payment and sent out usb cards... i have yet to be refunded well i am now so angry as they gave a crappy reply apologising for the inconvenience and they started off by saying "mrs kirland" that is not my name!!! and my name sounds nothing like that.... so they are now sending out the wrong emails to the wrong people they are probably regarding the same items but how impersonal is that!!!!!! we definitely need a boycott




just adding to my post index have now refunded me i ordered 2 printers the have refunded me for 1 so they still owe me for another and postage they are trying my patience grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

any way how do add emoticons to my words rather than at the top ie where the subject is many thanks in advance

Maybe that means they've kept the money because they're sending you one printer? Hope so!
