I had the same issue except mine said "Regards Steve"

Anyway,to fix,click on "User CP" (User control panel).This is located close ish to top of screen and to the left of where it says "Welcome NickA" (Or whatever your username is) Then on the left of screen click on "Edit Signature" and remove whatever is in there (Or add your own name if you so wish) and then click on "Save Signature"

Job done.....

just had a reply from index apologising regarding the printer that was ordered they have cancelled my order blaming human error etc... funny that!i thought they accepted my order and took money from me and sent me usb cards hmmmm i have forwarded the email onto trading standards as my local ts officer wanted to know what kind of response i get from index

what next eh!!
