i dont no about this one
but just before website went down i remember a guy posting about liverpool trading standards saying we were getting but this has disappeared

reason i ask i as have been in touch with index re letter and they state all that letter says is that they appologise but no printers

so can someone please help

before the forum had a face lift someone said that we would get a letter saying we would get the printer i am sure when people learn the forum
is up and running again we will hear more about it

i no that it was i was on about but index have contridicted this by saying the letter is just an appology and this is why i wanted the info on trading standards as he said he had spoke to them and they have spoke to index who have agreed to suply printers

Just to add a bit to this.I arranged for my 'printers' to be collected last week but sadly (Or should that be luckily lol) my other half was out at the time the delivery man came...
Anyway,I called Index cust service as I was worried that my 16 day money back would expire soon plus I questioned about a letter that I would be receiving and the lady basically said that Index were extending this deadline obviously because people were due to receive a letter about the blunder.She neither denied or confirmed that we WOULD get our printers but it does look rather likely I think!!
Scan computers had the same printer on their "Today Only" offer today (Monday) and it was just short of 60 quid WITH photo paper so perhaps Index won't lose that much on this if they do decide to honour it then?? lol

Fingers crossed uh??


P.S: Anyone else noticed that their post count has decreased since the migration to the new Vbulletin software??? (I had not far off 50 posts previously!!!)

yes..... o am back on i couldnt get on yesterday it wouldnt let me sign on

any way i received an email from my trading standards last week telling me he had been onto liverpool ts and they have said they are going to do a pr exercise and will be sending printers to those who ordered (not multiple though) but i was advised to contact them i refuse to phone them now i would rather have it via an email cos they would just try and deny the phone call,i am still awaiting refund of my usb cards which got picked up last monday 17th i am hoping the delay means i am getting something
has anyone else had the same kind of response




also yes i have lost approx half my posts but i am just glad to be back online
