Well I gave in and they collected my usb this morning...nice chap said that thiswas keeping him in a job...that's good I suppose. As for the return of monies I'm told I have to ring them with the receipt number for a refund to be authorised...if only I could get through...just wasting more time and money...again. may try and email...anyone done that with their receipt number? >:(

How about we send them emails to collect their data bar with their Ts&Cs attached to our email? That way we could return a piece of used chewing gum instead of what they were expecting?!
