How about we send them emails to collect their data bar with their Ts&Cs attached to our email? That way we could return a piece of used chewing gum instead of what they were expecting?!

    ROFL ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

    hahahaha! ;D ;D ;D
  • And they could send you a photocopy of your refund cheque..........................reminds me of the man that received a speeding fine,he asked for the proof and they sent him a photo of him and his car speeding past a camera,so he sent them a photo of a cheque made out for the 50 pound fine............they sent him a photo by return of a pair of handcuffs.............

    That is funny ;D ;D
Much funnier than me not getting my printer >:(

    Possibly.

I'm not ready to give up just yet though. I got a new TS officer on the phone last time who was happy to get her teeth into this.

Still waiting to hear back from her.

This sounds almost promising at first but then comes straight back down to earth!

What was your query? Anything specific or just where's me printer?

I didn't see Watchdog last week but I read that it was an anniversary special, did they cover any current issues?

Not had that email yet, just a couple of "deleted without being read" messages.

All that does is prompts me to forward my original email to them!

No doubt the letter will just be Index sticking the two (or one!) fingers up at us all.

NB: Terms and conditions on their website: "The customer is always wrong".
