This is sad because mine has not arrived yet...and I am also dealing with trading standards over the BT issue....can't wait!!

Done the same myself after being advised to do so by Index Call centre staff... ."My Supervisor says he will not come to the phone to speak to you about this printer and suggests you contact Trading Standards or Watchdog!"   Love it... now that's what I call Index "Guaranted Satisfaction"!

I have sent a letter to watchdog also, although i havnt received my so called USB Flash drive yet, only a matter of time,  i thought i'd send it to help fellow MMS members out.  Hopefully watchdog will look into the matter.  So if u havent put in a complaint to watchdog i suggest u do.....maybe index will think twice before resorting to lies to not honour the agreement between buyer and seller.   I take it not one person has been in receipt of the  printer so far.  

Ohhh and by the way they have removed the listing from there website,  code no 110-085 no longer comes up, but 110-185 the other one still does normal price.  How cheeky but i have a screenshot anyway :P

Watchdog letter and T/S done and got index to arrange pick up on the 24th so it should give abit of time for some proper answers.If we all ask for the 24th how are they going to do it?????
