Awww, Roz, that sounds awful!! Why on earth would someone do that?!

You're entitled to rant!! I would! What is it with some people:rolleyes:

It honestly amazes me how some people just don't see the filth!!! But this is beyond that - I feel physically sick just thinking about it!!! And I know she's in there because I can hear her moving around!

Thank goodness I'm moving out this weekend!!!

Good morning all. Quite an OS start to the day for me today, DH gone to work, DD and DS are both at school, so for a while I've got the house to myself.
So far I've made a key-lime pie which is now chilling in the fridge, done 2 lots of washing and hung them out, and peeled and roasted a load of veg to make veg pasta bake. Also have a guinea fowl in the fridge but might have that tomorrow with mashed butternut squash and celeriac. Thinking I might do pasta bake this afternoon then take it to the park and have a family picnic in our camper, only problem being that we've found we sometimes can't fit under the barriers that the council seem to be erecting everywhere!
Have to go now and fed my toms, peppers and blueberries.
    Have a smashing day, soba.

Roz_V hope you manage to get things sorted with your flat mate.

    Morning all

Roz that sounds completely disgusting and if I were you I would be hammering on her door until the dirty bint was forced to come out and do something about it :(

Thanks for all your good wishes, DD is a lot better today, we had a peaceful night after midnight when she had wet the bed but this morning she is finally eating and keeping something down. She is still listless but I think that's through lack of food, the main problem is that she has lost so much weight, she's always been a skinny child and she now looks even worse. I can see bones sticking out all over her.

I know the best ways of keeping weight off, anyone know of any to build her back up again?

DH is getting up early this evening so I can shoot off and see Mum, she is going through a barrage of tests this morning so I will know a lot more when I go in this evening. I phoned the hospital last night and the staff nurse was very apologetic because even she didn't know much.

I must try and get some things done today, the house doesn't look too bad but I have a mountain of washing to dry and the skies don't look too good so I think I'm going to have to resort to the tumble dryer.

    hello everyone!

Well good news from here, after going to jobcentre on monday and asking why I hadnt had any money since 1 may???? as my claim shouldnt finish till 9 June??? No answer from them but got to ring the money office - Tried ringing before but you know what its like, you can never get them (obviously in a hideout bunker somewhere!) sent a letter 2 wks ago too see if that wld work. No answers!! This is the first time I have every claimed/signed on, I can understand why people get so irate in there - they dont have a clue what they are doing! anyway, was dreading having to try and phone again today, when I got back and there was my cheque-hurray !!!! (funny I moved my money plant back to SW today).

MP - know what yr going thru with job, got made redundant last year myself, horrible time - but now I am gonna start a new job, so hopefully things will surely turn out better for you in the end - its in the cosmos, what will be will be! DONT weigh yourself, I dont, I know I would get really down if I know my weight, I just try and exercise and eat sensibly (she says having scoffed a choccy bar this morning, gulp!) and then when I start to feel fitter and my clothes start to fit it makes you feel so much better, than worrying what weight you are all the time.

kyle - just let you know, tesco this morning had wedding bubbles, just married car flags, guest books all reduced to clear !

culpepper - here here! swimming is getting v.expensive, used to be so cheap, now we've got all these trendy places that charge the earth.
if they want more people to do sports they should reduce the prices.
I remember when it used to be about 5p a swim!

    Afternoon all,

 OMG Roz!!!! Won't pass comment as it could be offensive, but I too would be banging on her door.

Suffering with a bit of PMT today so have stopped in doors in order to avoid the world in general and eaten the contents of the choccy biscuit tin and about half a loaf of bread:confused: Will take my frustrations out on the ironing later.

Big greasy fry up for dinner tonight followed by something equally as fatterning, do I care?? NO.:D

Have a lovely day, take care
