    Woo hoo - Hi peeps:j 28_1_16.gif

Just having a bit of break in my mammoth packing session. Off to Turkey for a week tomorrow and I cant wait - havent had a "lie by the pool with a trashy book" holiday for about 5 years so you can imagine the level of excitement in the Nelski house today:o

Still having to take my mobile with me cos i have some very high maintenance clients who would seriously throw their toys out of the cot if they couldnt speak to me for a whole week:mad: but i will be avoiding all internet access at all costs so i cant email or access my work stuff.
Plans for the week: Sunbathing, reading, sunbathing, swimming, sunbathing, acting as the official taster at the hotel bar:rolleyes: , sunbathing, eating, sunbathing, avoiding the world cup at all costs and generally doing lots of sunbathing:j

    28_1_7v.gif

Have a great week all and hope you enjoy the sun here for the next few days

    xx Nels

    Hello everybody,

Just off to bed shortly. Would have been on sooner but I watched House. :D Today was not one of my better days. I hate my hair. 4_9_7.gifWell the cut is ok but I don't like what she did with the colour. It was $30 dearer than my old hairdresser & she was one of those ones that no matter how many times I told her what I wanted she did what she wanted. She said she will ring me in a day or two as she reckons by then I will love it. I will probably put up with it until I"m due back again but try another one. DH reckons I look lovely anyway my hair is. He is such a creepy crawly. :D Probably thinks he'll get lucky tonight. :rotfl:

I think I feel a new kitchen purchase coming on. A yogurt maker. ;) I'm starting to have that feeling that I just can't live without one for too much longer. :D I'm sure you all know that feeling.

Math Here you go 17_1_10.gif That's the best I can do. Hope it turns out well. Sounds fab.

Rchhdap1 -hope I've got that right. :D It will all be over soon. It is a worrying time. All those hormones. ((((hugs))))

Hope everybody has a lovely day and hugs for those that need then. Byeeeee
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)

Not had a chance to read the thread fully yet sorry! Wil try catch up later!

Got up this morning feeling rough! love this warm weather but my hayfever is playing up something rotten!! runny eyes and sneezing is not a good way to wake up! BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT OH is on the plane as we speak on his way home from Cyprus so YAY! :j Cant wait to see him be smothered by him with a weeks worth of hugs and kisses like hes promised! hehe :o

Just at my mums now as i had OHs birthday present sent here.... totally gutted when i opened it as the company had sent me the wrong thing! I bought him a business card case and got it engraved with his initials.. but they sent me one that was 1/2 the price i paid... and totally not to his taste at all.... so i sent them a complaint email just now.. and they got back to me saying the correct one will be in the post tomorrow and not to bother sending the one i have now back... so i basically got that for free! And now he will have 2 business card cases engraved with his initials! :rotfl: (if they remember to get the proper one engraved!) Suppose its one for his jacket and one for the work van eh?!

Oh well off home now to get rest of the house tidied... :) Hope everyone has a good day

    Hi All

Dinner out was great last night. My friend and I had the best time. All the nutters were out in Eastbourne and we found all of them!!! But cheered me up a lot. Money well spent in my view!

I seem to have bought the entire cupboard of food with me to work today.

Can't believe how many nights out I've got coming up. Out tomorrow, Friday, all day Saturday, Race for Life Sunday, out Tuesday and Wednesday. Normally I'm lucky to go out once every six months!!!

Race for Life is way too close now. I'm not ready. Still having knightmares after the Half Marathon. But it's all for a good cause. Good luck to anyone else doing Race for Life this year, or well done if you've already done it.

Hope everyone's doing ok. Hugs all round if they're needed.

    Hi everyone!
Weather is gorgeous here so might force myself out for a quick wander around the town before heading home.
Got the floors washed before I left and then a mad scramble to find a box that the small person has just remembered that he needs for science today AAARGH!!
No major plans for today as am getting ready to head off to Dorset tomorrow...will need to pick up a few bits for our lunches so that all we have to do is buy sarnies whilst we're out and about. Also need to get the ironing up to date and the small bit of packing done. Should take too long as small person is having tea with my parents tonight.
Not really sure what I'll make for tea tonight...it'll either be baked pots or tune bake.
My free Bart recipe book arrived yesterday...it's got some lovely recipes in it. OH raised his eyebrows and said "have you been on the freebies board again by any chance!" as we regularly have parcels of that ilk arriving these days! Isn't it amazing how MSE permeates all sorts of areas of your life! Speaking of which it looks like potentially that we may save £50 on our car insurance. If so I am one happy girlie! Also made £14 on my pin money last month so must get that paid in .
Must tootle off now as due back at work.
