God there is more b!!!!!ing on this board than in the big brother house, everyone lighten up and get a grip, there are more important things to worry about in life.

To be fair, cliffsgirl, OS hasn't traditionally been a board of that calibre and it's hardly comparable to a TV show.

I think MSE Andrea and the MSE Forum Manager have cleared any confusion and comments such as yours are not helpful in resuming the usual, more pleasant atmosphere of OS.

You're right Cliffsgirl there does seem to be a lot of underlying stuff going on on this thread which is a shame because I think that puts some new people off posting for fear of being dragged into the undercurrents. Dont know why because there are lots of amazing people on who offer so much valuable advice to us all - shame about the odd few.

    Evening everyone

Not been on for a few days as just been absolutely knackered. Too tired to even type

The tiredness was mainly due to going to a friends 40th party on Saturday night and getting as drunk as a skunk. This then meant two days to recover - I am not as young as I used to be ;)

Just been at work for the last couple of days and not had the energy for much else. Thank god for a stack of meals in the freezer!

Just a quick post - going to catch up with what has been happening the last few days.

I quite agree that it must be very off putting for any new members viewing, but I can assure you, it makes very unpleasant reading for regular and long term members to read too as it goes against the very essence of OS.

Perhaps now that the MSE Management have made their comments based on the forum rules, the need for others to continue to add their opinions will diminish and the usual equilibrium will return. :):)

Skystar that is the best way of telling we are getting older, it takes 3 times as long to recover from the night before :D

So true.....I can still remember when I would go out, sleep for 2 hours, go to work, and repeat for 3 days and felt fine.

Another way of knowing you are getting older (and sounding like your mother) is when at a party and hear yourself saying "that music is a bit loud isn't it?"

God I am going to drown myself now :D;)
