There was no mention of DisneyQuest, located at Downtown Disney, which is a kind of giant Arcade. Once you are in, all the games and "rides" are free. I don't think it's included in the Base/Magic Your Way tickets, but it is included in the Ultimate tickets.

Also you can get "Kids Eat Free" cards for ahout £10 each, which let under 12s (I think) eat free at many restaurants around the area.

And at Seaworld/Busch Gardens there is a "Funcard", which is basically a pay-once-come-back-all-year ticket - i.e. an Annual Pass for the price of a single day, although it runs from 1st Jan to 31st Dec, no matter when you buy it. It can be reached here: http://www.seaworld.com/sitepage.aspx?PageID=231
  • Has anyone purchased disney tickets from a shopping site called New Sound, if you search on google for disney tickets it appears on the first page, The prices seem great, just wondered if the prices are to good to be true.

If you buy Magic Your Way tickets with the Water Park fun and more option then Disneyquest entrance is included - we did this in August this year.

Just looked at their prices and they seem waaaaaaaay too good to be true, like £50 per ticket cheaper than anyone else. Never heard of them personally.

On another note, we never buy the ultimate ticket in £. We always buy the Magic Your Way ( plus whatever options we want ) in US $.

    Seems to work out cheaper.

I am a MSE just as yourself and I try to look hard for the furthest bargain so after searching I ended up purchasing my tickets, wait for it gasp, on Ebay. Yes its not your first port of call but the saving I made for a 2 day hopper ticket was crazy. It cost us like £70 for 2 people for a 2 day hopper ticket.

We met, the ebayer who after researching chose the one with a HIGH feedback rating and positive feedback, I was unsure about the situation of course but it was easy meeting him outside the theme park. Nice chap and he came to pick them up afterwards at our hotel.

He lived close by and made a killing on these tickets selling them. Had a wonderful experience. Just wonderful and cheap. :)

Not Disney tickets but earlier today I tried to purchase £3.60 (three pounds sixty - not three hundred and sixty) worth of golf stuff, when I got to checkout there was a message saying my order value exceeded their processing and to call them to place my order!

I didn't bother - if they can't process an order for under a fiver what hope is there!

If you go to Orlando (or Disney Paris) once a year, don't rule out annual passes. They are more expensive up front but you then have no pass costs to shell out on subsequent holidays.

Say you go once a year to Disney in the Summer hols, what you would need to do is buy your pass for the end of the Summer hols, then go a bit earlier the following year, so that the last day of your holiday still falls within your 365 days.

Annual passes on a per day rate work out cheaper for those going to the park most days and give benefits such as reduced price dining and merchandise. They also give free parking.

For Disney, even if they work out slightly more expensive by say $10-20, consider buying an annual pass for one member of the party so they can take advantage of the free parking, cheaper merchandise (10% off at World of Disney) and food discounts at full service restaurants. You will not need to worry about parking costs if staying at a Disney resort as you will get a pass giving admission to the parking lots free of charge.

Sorry this is my first post so apologies if I do it wrong!

For that sea world pass from the post above, don't you have to be a Florida resident to get it? When I clicked through it said for Florida residents.

    Thanks!
