  • Hi ladies, newbie here to this thread. Im 24(25 next month) hubby is 23 we have been married for 2 1/2 years now, been together for 7years and we have a beautiful little girl who is 20months. We wanted to start ttc last september but I found out I had gall stones in May last year and have been waiting for my gall bladder removing so that put to those plans. Anyway gall bladder now all removed and I'm fine and back to normal so we decided to start ttc on boxing day (earlier than we planned was going to wait till Feb 2010) Af was due 30th Dec so didnt expect anything to happen then. We got really excited as AF was 9days late but did arrive in the end albiet for a few days still getting BFN so as excected. So officialy month 1 for us and Im obsessed already but not getting upset about the thought of it not happening this month just happy that we are finally trying again. I hope we are blessed with another baby but at the moment Im also happy to wait (I know that sounds strange but I mean Im happy either way, if it happens it happens, if it doesn't it doesn't im still quite positive at the moment). Ask me again in 2weeks and I wont be lol. So if I understand all this right AF came on Jan 8th so I'm now on cd13 been doing ovulation test since day 9 as I don't have a clue about this (fell on month 1 with DD) still nothing on the tests but still doing the baby dance anyway (sorry tmi).

Anyway sorry for the long post but just wanted to introduce myself and good luck to everyone who is trying lots of baby dust to you all.

P.S Confuzzled thanks for the PM I have phoned the insurance company and they have said to look at stores near me for an average price of what a 9ct gold watch is with mother of pearl face and diamond and we will go from there. So looks like I should get money to purchase hopefully it will be cash so I can buy the one online thats the same.

I didn't leave long enough after mirena coil to "get back to normal" but they aren't supposed to stop you ovulating, so I don't know why it took a couple of months.

I have had it for so long I have no idea what my normal cycle is :o

hello all again....i seem to have most of the abbreviations worked out but what does DTD mean??....or is it really plainly obvious and im just stupid :)

    quaver what is anovulatory cycle?.

as its only my real first month of trying and doing lots of BD is it worth buying OV testing strips/kits?.....cos my AF are irregular and the fact that we've gone a year already and no baby?

look at me with all my questions...sorry!

hugs for all who need them! (((((hugs)))))
