maddie i'm mega obsessed with forecasting once i know what my payslip tells me :)
that's why i think i've jumped into the obsession thing with ttc.
Only thing i really want to get obsessed with that i struggle with is my weight, the more i try the more i seem to gain which is completely not the point!

I think as soon as you start thinking about dieting it makes you think about food more, which makes you hungry....And in fact I wonder if just by your head thinking about eating less your body knows to save more caleries in the form of fat.

By the way, where has the confused shaky head smily gone - i keep needing it!!

I'm very lucky in that I tend to remain a fairly constant weight, but if I ever even think of dieting i start to eat more.

Generally thinking, my body is a temple, and only putting super healthy stuff in tends to work better for me

Oh I also heard about a diet called 'the flash diet' where you have to take a photo of everything you eat. It sounds like it could work really well. I've not tried it, but I've kind of imagined that I'm doing it and just focused on health health health. Hummm, am I making any sense (see - i need that smily again!)

For those of you concerned about soggy pillow syndrome - dont use yours :rotfl::p

On a negative point though i must be chastised - have been playing with google to see if the bleeding im getting now is AF and it appears not, it seems it is not possible to get an AF before 6 weeks post mc. So it looks like what i am getting atm is secondary mc symptoms. From what i have read if i had a complete mc like told all bleeding and spotting would stop 10-14 days after mc. I am now 18 days post mc and it states the likely hood is there is still some placental tissue present, progesterone levels dropped sufficently to cause a bleed and i should some cramping to signfy contractions to push out left over tissue. I am to poas in a few days to check hcg levels again. Dont you just HATE google:rolleyes:

I just don't want to waste my son's childhood obsessing about having another baby or grieving for ones that we've lost.
    I'm so sorry Partsmouthali:(
I know about obsessing:o (((Big hugs)))

In my case it can be a day before, to few days after AF.

A weird question i know, but is it strange to be excited when you af arrives after mc?
After 3 weeks of on off spotting and bleeding af is now here well and truely and i feel so relieved to feel normal and know i can get on the ttc band wagon sooner than i anticipated.
I was sad when AF arrived:(

Had a job interview today & should I get it, it would mean only a slight delay in ttc if this month is not successful. Fingers crossed! I thought it went well & seems such a good job.
    Fingers crossed for you job:)

Well some people claims to get it.
Me for instance:D I've googled as well, and found others too.

My excuse is, when baby died, I got ewcm:rolleyes: At that point I didn't even know that the baby had died. Week after ewcm, I had erpc op, and a week after that, what looked like AF. 30 days after the possible AF, I got another AF and so on.

It's debatable, but it's up to you what you think. Anything and everything is possible after mc;)

QQUAVER - its not what i think it is what i have read. It says ov cant have taken place as hcg levels still present. Heres the link as i think it may be beneficial to others in this situation and it seems alot more informative on a normal conversatin base rather than medical terms that scare the pants off you iykwim.
    http://www.pregnancyloss.info/waitingforaf.htm

I also see our circumstances are also different, i have had a natural mc not erpc so it will take longer for cycle to become regular.

    That makes sense, thanks:)
  • Thanks for posting that Stef, it's a really interesting and informative site. Although I don't like the picture at the top of a baby with angel wings lying on a cloud. You can tell it's an American site, just from that picture

OH is back at work today so am trying to get lost in daytime TV. I find cooking is like a form of therapy so I'm looking up recipes to keep me busy for the next few days while I wait for nature to take it's course. :o Am panicking a bit about going back to work next week, don't think I can face it but don't want to take the pee.

Hormones must be all over the place today, just saw Stephen Fry on TV and it made me cry becuase he has a kind-looking face. Sweet Jesus!:rolleyes:
