Stef, I agree completely about natural methods. We are all very complex and unique - down there especially! I hope things settle down soon. x
NORMAL doesn't really exist in the world of fertility. I was reading about a woman who got pregnant when she was already pregnant the other day and I thought this was impossible. SUPERFETATION for all science fans.0 -
Fuz! I wondered if you'd take my bait!!!:rotfl:
Did you take that confused smilie? Your name has put you in the frame.
Well...?0 -

ok question for you lovely ladies....is it better to BD evryday, just at OV (if you know when that is) or every other day etc ive heard/read that the sperm needs time to 'regroup' lol0

We were told at fertility clinic every other day throught out the month not just around ov to ensure top quality swimmers - this is one where quality over quantity matters.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

thats what i thought
...i was lucky with ds2 i only saw OH every 2 weeks lol..then we always made up for lost time...it was funny tho as i could tell the doc exactly when i conceived
..so im guessing his sperm had time to get big and strong lol
and how do you keep it so its not all about making a baby...obviously we are no where near that point...but its good to know other peoples take on it!
with any luck now that we are actively trying it shouldnt take too long but who knows the female body is a strange strange thing0 -
Hi Lolly,
Depends on your stamina and sex drive. Me and OH decided for the purpose of babymaking to try the Sperm Meets Egg Plan. We did it on day 8, 10, 12, 14 and this was how I got a Bfp - so giving a full day for him to replenish his stock but having the post OV time to take a breather from it all. I ov around CD12. This is the more tactical method though!
ARGH, I'm late to meet my friend...when will this MSE forum addiction end???
(Note to self - when you get a job:rolleyes:)0 -
OH and i use the excuse we are newly weds, have been together 3 years but married just a few months. The other thing that benefits us is both havign a really high sex drive so atm it is hard being on a ban for health reasons rather than containing it for ttc.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

i wouldnt say ive ever hada high sex drive except maybe the first 6 months or so of a relationship but its a bit diff with OH i still want to BD with him, im not bored of it...but i dont want it all the time lol.
i know what you mean about being on a ban...i feel that the more you cant have something the more you want it..regardless of the reason why you cant...or how much you wanted it to begin with IYSWIM

I'm on CD21, and BBT hasn't gone up.
When I last got pregnant, I ov'd at around CD35:eek:
That was probably why I lost the baby, since my egg was dodgy. I ov'd a week after my wedding. The stress of the time leading up to the wedding probably messed my cycle up.
This time, it is probably the move that did it. I think I shouldn't try so hard DTD, as my eggs are probably dodgy again:rolleyes:0
