Just found out that my xH's wife is pregnant. He just told DD. My first thought was 'Oh no, when I get pregnant, everyone will just think I'm doing it to copy them!':mad::mad:

  • *blushes* This is me looking for things again....

Don't know the proper letters to use either *blushes*

Period started 14th Nov so worked out should start trying 25th-30th Nov which we did without fail ;)

Now today I can't stop peeing! I went about 30 mins ago and now need to go again! I normally go like twice a day but today it's been what, 6 times?

Am I just looking for things again?

Puzzledbubbles - I was 24 when I had my son, he is a lovely polite, well behaved, smart boy so I would say age is just a number, it's the parenting that counts

kitkat5566 - never mind lists for baby names I have all the baby equiptment :o- cot, pram, car seats, steriliser, changing bag, full wardrobe of maternity clothes etc been gathering it up over the last 2 years as we have planned to start trying for no 2 around now - he commented the other day that I need to stop and if anyone sees it they might think I'm planning to steal a baby !!

I am well impressed MYLITTLESISTERLOLA! I only have my lists, and afew books which are my bibles!! I did consider buying bits, as I get temped when I see cute baby clothes, but I have resisted temptation! If I was to get BFP, we would need to clear out the spare room, and I am kinda putting it off, so no buying for me!
I understand what you mean about BD'in, as for the first several times TTC it did feel just like we were trying to make a baby rather than being a couple lol.
Going to the clotheshow this weekend so cannot wait!!
  • Been away for a few days, so have only just caught up. elliebobs - so so sorry to hear your news - it's such an dreadful thing to have to go through. You're being very brave - I hope your OH is looking after you well. Big hugs from here. And big hugs to jennyfleur too - what a nightmare.

Hugs and get well wishes to all that need them. astro xx

Wow, lots of chatting to catch up on. Me confused ...

I'm two days late and I'm never late, but because AF is usually as regular as clockwork I never even purchased a pregnancy test in the whole 7 months of TTC. But last month was the first time I used OPK and I didn't get any surge, so we kind of took the foot off the BDing pedal and only did it twice and who knows if it was even at the right time. So I reckon the chances of anything having happened are pretty low.

I'm so used to AF arriving, reseting the clock and getting buoyed up about a new month ahead and now I don't even know where I am at all.
We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.

I would say it's way way way too early for symptoms! Unless you knew for sure that you ov'd on cd14 of your cycle, then there would eb a teeny remote possibility. Most women will find they don't have a text book cycle and don't ov on cd14. Out of my past 12 cycles I have ov'd on cd13,14,15,16,17,18 and 19. Half of the cycles I have ov'd after cd16. It is possible that you may not have even ov'd yet.
The increased frequency good be a urine infection, cystitus or just because of too much bd'ing!
I would also say that going 6 times a day is much more healthy and normal than 2.

    Hey!

I haven't read or posted here for ages as I felt I needed to have a break

I have been married 2.5 years and been ttc that whole time. I have had three m/c's. One at 10 weeks and I found out at my first scan, The second, we knew straight away something wasnt right, but the specialists kept scanning me every week and nothing was growing but betas were going up. They kept me going for 12 weeks and then I had a D&C, after 2 painful failed goes at medical management.
Then I had a large loop biopsy after severe cell changes and couldnt try for a while.

Last month I miscarried, very early on though, only about 4 weeks.
On Wednesdsay I have my first appointment for fertility investigations.

But................... now a/f is 5 days late, I have tested today and there is a very very feint line!!!! Hubby doesnt beleive it, but its there. I will test again with first urine tomorrow.

Dont quite know how to feel............................

tested this morning and now no second line at all:confused:

I am confused. Will wait until tuesday, day before fertility app and re test.
