    Hello everyone :D

I only woke up an hour ago :D I was waking up all night though cause i was thirsty and was having scary dreams. Me and OH watched a Doctor Who episode where these weeping angel statues came to life when you weren't looking at them, so if you blinked or turned away. But as soon as you looked at them they froze again. And it showed them getting closer to these kids as they blinked and it scared me... :o

Bought my Gym Ball, and got OH to pump it up, it took ages! But i sat on it and its sooo comfy. Except when OH was pushing the ball with his feet trying to make me fall off... :p

Boots are having a baby event, starting 19th Feb i think, i cant find the leaflet now.

Som - I went to PO and the red card was for a stella glass i got cause i sent 35 e-cards over xmas to save a tree lol. I just wanted the free glass :D So no sign of T-shirt, but both of the bizzie baby ladys have ignored my emails/messages asking where it is... :(
Whats more annoying, i got another red card y'day and couldn't collect it cause i had to wait 24 hours, stupid postman never rings the bell, just posts these stupid cards. So now i have to pay to go all the way into town again!

SS- Dont know what to say, but ((hugs)) Hopefully he realises that your clearly the the one for him and the girl he thinks about is nothing but a cheap flooze who wanted a 2 week fling.

He's said right from the start we're having a girl... fingers crossed it's a boy so I don't have to listen to him go on (and on) for the next 100 years about how he was right!;)

My OH did that, he knew it was a girl and he actually said "IN YOUR FACE!" at me... :rotfl:

Went bowling Yesterday, i did bowl for a bit but then i started feeling light headed, so i went to the toilet and then had a nosebleed and some pains in my tummy, so of course SIL and MIL were fussing over me and saying we should go home. But i didn't want to ruin BIL's birthday, so i sat down and didn't play for a bit. Then i felt fine. I think i just over exerted myself by bowling lol.

    Hi everyone
Sounds like you're all sort of having fun days. I am busy with housework again and am planning on cleaning the bathroom next. I HATE cleaning the bathroom so have roped in husband's help! Best not to leave him to do it himself of course as he is a man!!
Dogs are now ready for the arrival of baby bump as they have both had hair cuts (like their Mummy!) They both look beautiful! Am now going to play the baby CD of crying and gurgling as they are relaxed. I'm glad I bought it as they seem to be getting used to the sounds now.
So now I know about the Raspberry Leaf Tea but am still yet to know what pineapple is meant to do...any ideas people?

    Thanks
    :love:Baby Bump born 4th March 2010! :kisses:

    Hello ladies :)

I'm sorry to put a bit of a downer on the thread but I'm looking for a bit of reassurance:o

I've had some bleeding today (10+2) and went to the docs. He was some old bloke who I haven't seen before with an oh well can't do much attitude and no offer of a scan referal. He did say to phone back up if I had anymore bleeding which I haven't, but I have had back pains.

You have to have a referal to go to my local EPU.

I know lots of ladies on the TTC thread had bad news but I was hoping that someone can say "yes I've had bleeding around then" and everythings fine.

I've been chatting to my lovely FB friends from the other thread who have been great:A but I just wondering if anyone here had similar experience??

smartie - depends on how much bleeding yor talking about, spotting is quite usual and I had a fair bit around your time.

EA - hired Tens always come with new pads for you to use, but I'd say if your gonna hire then be quick cos your cutting it fine now hun. They usually send them out 2 weeks before your EDD, and you dont get a refund on them if there not used. How about just buying one? there £29.99 in lloyds or as I said to nene earlier there are some bargains on ebay.

Right OH just came home :D just said he needs to run me down to the doc as I have no pot for the urine sample I need to provide tomorrow! Also had a letter thru from my last sample that was sent off saying the detected white cells but no infection and they need another sample to test! Off to google and see what that could mean!

It was more than spotting... I had to wear a pad.

Google is being quite kind to me :)

    hi all
    Hope everyone is well?!

My OH has just taken DS out for a wee walk and I'm supposed to be sleeping but thought I would nip here first!

Still no sign of baby (or anything labour related!) so that's me 40+4 now. Was at midwife yesterday and she is coming over tomorrow to give me a sweep and to discuss options. Does anyone know how sore a sweep will be and how long it takes etc? Oh - and does it work?!

I'm so fed up of people texting and FBing me to see whether I have had the baby or not- I will tell you when it happens!! OH's mum is the worst - twice a day! and she is the one supposed to be looking after DS when I do go so why she thinks I wouldn't tell her I don't know!!

Sorry for the rant- back to sleep now and then more bouncing on my ball later in the hope that something happens!!

    xx

PS- Smartie - I hope everything is ok - i had a wee bleed at about 8 weeks and thats me at 40 now! x
  • Hello thought would join on here as now 11+4 awaiting scan date at moment.

been stocking up on nappies mix of sz 1, 2 and 3 only brought 7 packs so far mix of sainsburys own, pampers and huggies.

also stocking up on wipes whilst have 2 full time wages and buying pampers sensitive and huggies pure as I have excema have decided anything less than £1 a pack os a good deal.

If anyone got pampers hamper from tesco it has a £3 off pampers newborn nappies in and £1 of pampers sensitive wipes so makes nappies 74p and wipes are bogof so £1.29 for 2 packs!!

been buying few little bits like bibs and muslins and blankets but dont want to buy too much.

Smartie- ring doctors and say had more bleeding (lie) and ask to be referred to early pregnancy unit you have a right to request this otherwise go to a&e and you will then get referred via them for a scan.
