  • Hi GISI, glad baby GISI is well and that least you know by Tuesday things will be happening. Silly question alert, is a trace the same as a scan? Ooh hope you get to go somewhere nice today, I would love to but DH is still in bed, wonder what time he will surface!! Lol!! xx

  • No, a trace is where they measure baby's heartbeat and uterus contractions. You then press a button when baby moves so they can see if there is any correlation between it all. Not as exciting as a scan!

  • Boo my OH's still in bed too. He came up at 4.30 and woke me 'trying to be quiet' Luckily I needed the loo anyway so wasnt too annoyed with him. When Ive come down this morning he's been painting the last huge canvas for the nursery so I'll let him off. Well, as long as he makes me a sausage butty when he surfaces :D
