congrats MJ, nickynoo and pompey.

cafc, hope you're feeling better now.

I've been getting contractions since wed night on and off, hopefully bh but they're painful and in my back too, bump has dropped and can feel pressure - not sure if babs is engaged? Been in hospital 2.5 hours earlier for monitoring, had a steroid injection and got to have another tomorrow in case she does show her face early, and was told if we wanted to we could stay on ward which wasn't very reassuring!! they wouldn't tell me how she was laying either, so I'm not sure if it is head I'm feeling, but she has been head down for the last 2 mw appointments.

Am up due to the pain of contractions, I was induced with dd1 and only had bh once, nowhere near this painful and lasted max 2 hours so am not sure if this is it at all? Hoping not as 10 weeks early :eek:

Mermaid you poor thing you must be worried sick you really need to speak to someone and find out what is going on dont let them fob you off you cant sit their worrying that she may be on her way or not get stroppy with them if you have too. They can tell from your monitoring if you are having real contractions or just BH

Can i please be added to the list xnatalie81x - edd 21st Nov '10 (7 weeks today!)

I already have a boy of 6 (March) a girlie of 3 (July) and a boy of 2 (Nov) i then had a miscarriage and then a termination (medical issue at 5 wks) so this is my 6th pregnancy and 4th bubba

And i feel really really sick with this baby it is reminiscent of my second pregnancy but we shall see

Hi newbies!!

Happy Easter!

Not sure what on earth bubs was doing yesterday at work, but my bump totally vanished and it felt like bubs was nestled in my ribcage. Not even sure that's possible, but it wasn't comfy, little monkey. It had popped out by home time and I got my bump back, but it was strange.

Woohoo, we're picking up the pram I got off ebay this arvo, so I get to play with it later.

welcome natalie - there's also a less than 12 weeks preg thread which is great too

We had a great day with DH's bro & Sil yesterday. Went on a bit of a walk along the white cliffs of dover - ugh, I found it such hard work (bear in mind I am used to walking 10 up and down miles with no real trouble). It was about 3 miles and I was shattered, fell asleep on the way back to theirs then went to bed for an hour!! Still, sure it did me good and i could see it dawning on DH that we're not going to manage any long walks on holiday in May!

Today's plan is church, then lunch at the in-laws then some snoozing I imagine! Hopefully DH will do some cleaning whilst I'm at church.

Hi girls may I join you? I am 22+1 due 07/08/2010 I have a DS who is 20 months and am expecting another little boy. I am now a single mum, but the dad is still involved in my DS's life and wants to be the same for the baby. I am 25 and am now a SAHM due to circumstances.
