Lol, yeah it's alot but i'm fussy!!!! :D

And yep - clever packing got it ALL (bar tens and pillow) in the mini suitcase and the baby stuff in the free Boots baby bag :D

I know some of you might not like the idea of Primark, but i just refused to pay Mothercare (or similar) prices for things like nighties and big kickers etc that'll i'll prob just throw out in a few weeks after birth like i did when i had DD. Just personal choice but £3.50 for a nighty compared to a very similar one i saw other day in M/care for £16 - it was bit of a no-brainer for me. And pack of 7 black big knickers (that'll def never be worn again :D) for just £2. It all meant i could spend on other things i wanted like massage oil/tens machine/miniture toiletries and not be too skint after ;)

    Happy aniversary to Ruki!!!!

Confuzzled (at least i think it was you hun) - you only really need to worry if bleeding is bright pink or red ;) even then you could still be perfectly ok (like i was thankfully - i had period like bleeds, 3 times) but should go into early assesment unit if you get that just so they can check ;)

And sorry to those i left out - i know there is loads i wanted to say but brains gone dead -Ooops, lol! x

Thanks for all your message re DD! She has seen doc, has tonsilitis but should clear up soon :) I have antibiotics incase, but only if she gets bad like last night as she (like me) always gets thrush on them :( She is fine now though, loads of energy and playing happily - she just cracked up laughing when i told her we are going hosp soon so i can have the other injection in my bum, lol - she couldn't stop laughing :D Hopefully she'll have a better night tonight, fingers crossed! x

Thanks for sharing packing lists MGEB and pigpen! I was going to start packing today and then listing the things I still need to get, there is so many things I've forgot.....going to use your lists as reminder. Think I 'm going to try and get to Primark soonish for nighties.

Wow another list of things, thanks MGEB and pigpen. To add re nightshirts I picked up a pack of two from new look maternity in the sale for £8, a plain one and one that says 'daddy's on the night shift'. Like you MGEB don't see the point in spending double money on something that will have a limited life.

Well I am bored at work, waiting till home time, watching the rain and sitting here with terrible indigestion, prob my own fault had chips for lunch. Had a couple of gaviscon which has helped a bit, any other suggestions are welcome. .

MGEB, thanks for the list, I know I have got 19 weeks to go, but its useful seeing a list, think I will save it and use it nearer to the time! Glad ur DD seems better, sounded like she was very ill last night, poor you aswell your not getting much rest!

Congrats to all the new arrivals! Sorry I just saw there was lots!!

Managed to process my order on pumpkin patch :D ordered a furry bear suit, furry hooded jacket, 2 bibs and 2 sleeping bags. I have seen 2nd hand ones advertised locally that are £9.99 so £4.79 each was a bargain! Came to about £19 which is good as the outfits can easily be £10 each in Tescos but pumpkin patch r good quality. Thanks for the link (whoever it was!) sorry I keep saying its my 'baby brain' but I think I am just generally forgetful!

Thats a couple more items ticked off my baby list :D

    afternoon all

congratulations to all the births, what a flurry we had!

hugs and vibes to all those who need them....

Update from me : been in tears most of early afternoon in bed, was in so much pain, underneath bump on right side, felt like a muscle tear or something but was horrid, walking back from town in tears with DH.....

Had m/w appt (hence the walking back from town). Not seen her before but she was much nicer than the other one ive been seeing. Actually listened as well! Told her about me having itchy feet the past three nights. i thought i'd just been bitten but i cant see any bites, and its mostly soles of my feet, s i just lay there rubbing them together at night...
She said it may have something to do with my liver function and would take extra bloods for testing and call me tomorrow if any problems...

All well and good, nice of her to be concerned but she didnt alarm me unnecessarily... told her about back ache and lack of appetite etc, and concerns about my size. I measured at 29, despite being 29+5, but she wasnt worried. Heard heartbeat, and then she tells me baby is breech....

Somehow i just knew no part of this was gonna be easy. Said not to worry plenty of time to turn, so im ok about him being breech at moment.

Did bloods and was ok for about 3 vials, and then she start filling these HUGE ones, needed two of those filled, and by the time we got to end of 1st one, i was feeling faint. finished off 2nd, and i had to ask for some water, went really pale, felt faint and sick, got to lay down on bed, and then the other m/w came in to ask her to check her lady next door which bought me some more time on the bed LOL....I even made sure i had 2 breaksfasts so i wouldnt feel faint!!!

was ok after a little while, and she excused me from pee test as i said i needed all the fluids i had left in me LOL

But they want to see me next week as well to follow up on the itching....
was ok just when we left walking through town and then whilst waiting for dh to finish mooching in whsmith started feeling really horrid, and walk home took twice as long as it should with me in tears, trying to hold my bump up.....

So yeah..... thats me so far today......bought some RL teabags as well from Julian Graves and a pregnany mag just because i felt poo, none of them are telling me anything new though so I dont know why i bother LOL..... think ive still got most of them to date so if any of the ladies who are relatively early on in pregnancy fancy on, drop me a PM, and the fairies can post it out....

Did get one with a baby name book in it, and i've already decided LOL so if anyone would like the name book, let me know xx

*hugs* CAFC - hope you're feeling better now and DH is looking after you.

Your midwife sounds lovely, it's really good that she took your concerns seriously but didnt try to alarm you.

There's plenty of time for little man to turn - and at least you know so you can do something about it. If you don't already I think lying on your left side and hanging over a gym ball on all fours are supposed to help. I'm sure someone has mentioned a website called spinning babies which is supposed to be really good
