Gill i second getting a pack of cheapies from the supermarket Bubs was 8lb11 born and wasnt in them for very long as they only just fitted him and with him being squashed up inside me his feet turned in a little so they advised me to put him into his bigger bubber grows to allow his feet freedom to move.
Kindof when things kicked off for me it was a little hard to tell at first i would get two very close together and then nothing for 10-15 mins then another two really close together:-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0 -
Yep esio very itchy! have been moisturising them/bathing when they're really bad. Have also had very little leaking as yet, sometimes a slight spot on bra when I get undressed but nothing noticable.
Not sure who was aking now, but I bought all 0-3 clothes to start out, dd was 7'8 and my mum had to go out and buy a load of NB for me. She was quite long too, 22inches but still no way they would fit properly.0 -
I'd get a couple of newborn ones Gill, maybe just cheapy supermarket ones in case they don't get much wear? Expecting our baby to be big but we've still got some newborn vests as I reckon even a big newborn will be too small for the 0-3 ones?
DD1 was straight into 0-3 and didnt look lost in them. As I said she was 10lb 2 tho :rotfl:Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

Hello Everyone!
Can I have a moan? I am fed up, my back is aching and all I have done yeserday and today was some washing. Seriously I can hardly do anything without something aching!:(
I suffer from back ache anyway when not preggers but I used to use a tens machine for pain relief, can't use while pregnant, so have to rely on paracetamol.
I can't wait until 6th April when baby is coming out!
Jolene
p.s I sound soo ungrateful, but I'm not, we have waited for so many years to have a baby, but I have warned hubby that I may be in a bad mood until baby comes out, he looked a bit horrified.:DBowel Disease (Ulcerative Colitis) since 1996 (quite possibly Crohn's Disease).0 -
would a hot water bottle on the main area of pain help?
Or maybe book in with some qualified to do massage on preggers ladies?
i'd suggest chiropractic for back pain (used to work in a practice) and Im really sad that I cant find anyone decent near where I live to go and see.....
But sometimes moaning is the best way to feel any better so go ahead hun and hope it eases for you soon xxWealth is not measured by currency0 -
Hot water bottle doesn't help. I think I did to much bending down yesterday with the washing yesterday and today. All these aches and pains, they don't tell you about them in the books!Bowel Disease (Ulcerative Colitis) since 1996 (quite possibly Crohn's Disease).0
