oooh I did this too while my bump was quite small.....then my belt got too tight lol :)

he he! Yeah one of my wide belt's really digs in now, but the thinner ones are still OK at the minute. Gets you through the 'feeling fat rather than PG' stage and then bump is big anyway so no-one can mistake it! :D

That said when I was 8.5 months PG with DD, and huuuuuge, I was talking to one of the parents of one of the children I looked after at work about when I go on maternity leave. She said Oh your PG are you! Noooo! I just ate a lot of cake :D

EA, can you get some colostrum out if you try and express a tiny bit? I've never had leaky nipples - before OR after birth, so don't worry.

Just popping in to give big labour vibes to Som, kindof, EA and prolly loads of others I'm missing but those are the ones I remember from my days here :D:D you lot better promise to come onto the Parent Thread when you graduate!! ;)

Gettting some lil painful twinges in my foof area, anyone know if this is a good sign? Really hope she turns up before the weekend is out :D Just watched OBEM and was like "that should be me!"

EA - I hardly notice my boobs are leeking, but when I shower I can see something has been going on as there is a tiny bit of yellowy dried stuff on them.

Some of the non mat stuff due to the style is fine to wear thru PG, just today discovered another top that I can still fit in and looks fab, actually wish I'd found it sooner cos its tres comfy.

xmas - ooh didnt know that about spd, its not gone completely as still painful if I sit for long periods but walking is mucho improved so no crutches woohoo:D

ymake - I used to sleep on my front before PG so like you found it really uncomfy early on sleeping on my side, even now I get achy hips, but also found the long pillow really helpedcos I kinda sleep at a 45 degree angle now which is not perfect but a lil better.

Aless - thanks for the vibes, cant wait to join you all on the PT :D
Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpuls

Oooh som will keep everything crossed for you.

I have been doing the leggings and big tops/jumpers for ages now as i am not really a jeans girl. The problem is i seem to have put weight on everywhere...my bum and hips especially so anything i put on seems to cling.

I tried a few things on in peacocks and looked in debenhams yesterday but i just didnt feel comfy in anything...maybe its just me being miserable and picky!!!

Am just hoping that something in my wardrobe will fit me tomorrow

    xx

  • did they have loads of cross stitch stuff, I always wanted to go to one of those :)

Kindof - the way they do it in Glasgow is that they have 2 halls - the first one is mainly papercrafting - scrapbooking, cardmaking, decoupage that kind of thing but the second hall is the Creative Stitches hall and its usually full of cross stitching, tapestry, knitting, crochet etc. Have been twice a year for the last 4 years or so and love it! Usually do the papercraft hall twice and then a quick look round the creative stitches one but since only a few weeks to go, really couldn't handle it!!

Evansangel - I LOVE!!!! that changing bag! its so groovy!! v. cool, i'm jealous! lol there's a few on eBay but a bit more expensive than that!

big labour vibes to those who need!!
    any news from Guinnea?
    good luck som!

    sleep tight
