tss - is it your LO that has bad reflux? how is it now?

I'm finding these flood stories scary and quite upsetting :( I'm very glad I live up a hill though!

Buttons crushe malteasers are nice on ice cream, you just have to watch for them getting too old coz they go soft and super chewy and not nice

Sorry Susan don't know what to suggest, shame as its a pretty dress. Might be best to ask on ebay thread - there are some very helpful people on there.

Glam personally I'd say the first one as it looks like a professional shot but the third one has a shadow from him - but thats just my opinion so choose which you like

Thanks Claire - I hadnt noticed the shadow :(
I only took them on my mobile with his shawl thrown over the pillows on my bed! Who needs a professional?! :rotfl:

oh going back to the other night: one of the girls I went to school with has a lil boy just a bit older than Chris and yesterday her facebook said "LO is playing on COD"
I won't let OH play it when Chris is awake because its so violent !!!

oh and more fun with Chris, he keeps singing something about being sexy!

For the car seat that comes with this travel system, which car seat base do i need?? And does a car seat base allow for rear facing and forward facing?

We havent bothered to buy a car seat base, do you really need one?
    BeenieCat wrote: »
How long do they stay rear facing for? I thought it was only a few months!

We managed to have Henry rear facing till he was about 10 months and when we wnet to get a new seat at Mothercare the girl was really impressed that we'd stuck to it that long!!!:D

My ds1 is similarly ashamed of mummy and I've given up buying him clothes without him being present as it was turning into a complete waste of money. Letting him choose his own is a bit of an adventure though - he was an EMO for a while . but gave that up as he thought it was a bit gay lol.

tsstss - i've just noticed our DS are a similar age! Where do you shop for his clothes now? I've noticed Asda/Tesco's etc all stop at 11/12 ish. Do we have to go to proper mens shops and buy small mens sizes? My friend has a boy the same age, but lives in tracksuits/sports wear - which seems to be easy to find for any age.

Glam I also like the cheeky look on the third, but the first is cute too.

Hunnies, we're home! :D (no groaning at the back :p)

I'm on a break from the unpacking while I wait for the washing machine to finish the first load ;) Had a lovely time.. shame it wasn't longer though! We're going to get the house back to normal today (almost done really) and have another holiday day out type day tomorrow then have friends coming over on Sunday :D

Heard from the dietician at Notts today. She's prescribed special prem baby formula and told me the recipe to use to make it up with water and Rhys' other milk powder (special kidney type) so I now have a back up plan in case my supply drops. But, ironically, I've just expressed so much I've put some back in the freezer! Also had a message for us from the kidney specialist that we can halve the dose of the medication he has by injection as his red blood count is so good now so we're down to one jab a week now :D

    Have kinda caught up..

..Now my other dilema is do we get two seats, or one and faff about swapping it between cars? OH will be taking Violet to nursery, and I'll be collecting her. We park in the same car park for work - so it is possible to swap the seat across - but a bit of a faff. But, this arrangement will only be for a month or so anyway.

Oh, we'll have this dilemma too - not for a while though, obviously! :o Let me know how simple / much of a faff it turns out to be if you do it this way :D I'm not insured to drive OH's car though and wouldn't want to neither - Focus estate compared to my dinky Fiesta :o

No :o I could manage without one of course, but i take DS to school in the car every morning and pick up so i thought it ould make life so much easier rushing about on a morning with the amount she'll be in and out of the car!
