well after the successful dream feed - Jack woke at 3am and 6am! More than usual - not quite sure why but going to stick with putting him down earlier and doing the DF and hopefully we'll get somewhere!

Read a little bit about the EASY routine so Jack has Eaten, had 45mins of Activity and is now supposed to be learning how to settle himself off for a nap

Well, this could have been a whole lot more embarrassing had the last person I phoned on my mobile not been OH. We decided to have some adult cuddles and I must have used my phone to light up the room to check on Jack - what I didn't know was I had called the last caller and OH turned his phone on to a rather lengthy voicemail :o
Am so glad BIL was here cos it meant I was quiet! Imagine if the last person I had called was my Dad

feelie - glad things r getting sorted. Advice with swine flu is stay indoors for 7 days from onset of treatment, if your not on Tamiflu then 7 days from onset of symptoms.

Em - we had mould problem when we lived in a gallery style house. Landlord tried blaming us but in the end he got cavity wall insulation, repainted the whole house with anti-mould paint and amazingly it went
We had a dehumidifier and were emptying it all the time!
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

    I know!

Take it your not going today either! I think I'll go on 16th instead.

Well, it took me bloody ages to write that post earlier. I am adamant Jack will have to start settling himself instead of always falling asleep on me. Got him off but now he's crying again! am sure we'll get there!

tigs - meant to say excellent news! Like someone else said you just keep poking him and then run off when he stirs!

if she evicts you though em you could lose your deposit x
its protected so only fair deductions could be made, so they would be able to deduct from it for say redecorating the room but we would be able to challenge it, she cant keep it. its through a letting agent that would deal with that anyway

yeah indoor paint. probably known as anti-damp

my LL had loads of properties, tried saying it was our fault for drying clothes in the house (we used the TD!) but when he came round he admitted that he had the same problem in his other gallery style places!

Well, Jack doesn't want to sleep so I'm gonna write my shopping list, wait until he has his next feed at 1.30pm & thn brave ASDA!

Well I wrote a big reply and then webby froze
Weezl - I see Elle answered you (thanks Elle :)) If you're selling things I'd suggest also popping an ad on cardiff gumtree - it's free so nothing to loose really.
Glam - I've txt mummy bee to see if the job is still open to applicants, it is a primary school, the job is part supporting a child with SEN and part general TA duties

Feelie :j and :grouphug: for your mixed post. Have you tried phoning surestart and HV? I would hope that HV just isn't techy and hasn't seen the email, if she read it and ignored it that is appalling!!

Hi Ladies, haven't really had time to come over here yet from preggy thread as baby too cute to stop looking at :rotfl:

Was after some advice about baby carriers, I have a pouch style sling but baba doesn't like it cos hes very nosy and likes to be upright! I'm going to buy a carrier to stick him in when out and about and I can't use/take the pram.
It has to be 'inward' and 'outward'(for later) facing, easily adjustable so dad can use it too and ideally not be more than £50, any ideas????

Also looking for a cheapish baby nest type thing as he doesn't like lying in the flat baby gym I paid about £60 for!!!!

    TIA

Em, damp is usually caused by moisture from outside getting in (except for in bathrooms etc.) so I'd love to know how she claims you caused it!
