Vapid is a great insult if you're the one using it!
I think with mine it's the combination of the insult coming from my mum, plus I'm far from stupid, plus the addition of girl - I am an intelligent young woman dammit! :p

Docs are happy with Rhys. Doesn't need glasses or any extra help now, and the cross-eyed thing will go in time, he's just too little and his muscles are catching up :D

    Well done elle :)

Has anyone seen - the eurostar broke down and left 2000 people stranded in the tunnel

That would probably be my worst nightmare. Seriously.

yey! for winning and yey for normal eyes!!
Its funny how sometimes being told your child is normal is the greatest thing ever :p

I'm just going to be a little self indulgent now: I was close to tears yesterday about Edgar's hip when no-one commented about it :(:o:o

Awww sweetie, I'm sorry! :( I was kinda here but not taking it all in (obviously!) :o

*goes back to catch up properly*

Have to admit I don't understand the probs with hips. Was it that Ed's was clicky (not sure I'd notice if Rhys' was! :o) and because your sis you wanted it checking?

.. We're back from the doctor, he hurt Edgar's hip so Ed did the biggest most forceful wee ever but the doctor was to quick out of the way, just the bench that got soaked :p
We now await an appointment for either a scan or orthopedics consult (he wasn't sure so is going to speak to other GP first) Fingers crossed he has my funny hip and not something requiring surgery!

Sami's post for those who missed it.. :o

Righty, tell us ignorant ones (or is it just me who doesn't understand hips?) more about it.. What could be wrong and what's the treatment? Is it something your sis can have a feel of and see what she thinks? :)

Depends if you feel up to it Maz and if getting out the house for a little while would do you some good or if it's more effort than it's worth.. :o
