Bah, I hate packing. I have the suitcase my mother stropped out without taking as well as two weeks' clothing for Molly and me. I was trying to get it all into one bag but it'll have to be two. Hmph.

Husband is taking care of his own stuff, thankfully, otherwise there'd be chaos ensuing. Both bags now mostly packed although more stuff needs to go into both. GRRRR.

arrgghhhh anyone kno why everytime I try to use my touch pad mousy thing on my webby it zooms in/out in stead of moving the pointer

Do you have chocolate on it? My pad recognises some food stuff as a finger, and if you have two fingers on the pad, it zooms in. You can disable these under 'mouse' settings in control panel. There are usually a lot of options - have a play around and you'll get a much more personal pad that works how you want it to. Mine goes really fast and bounces of the edges :D

    Afternoon all.
I'm going to try and make a conscious effort to join in the thread more, will be even easier now I have my lappy and set up the wireless (came accross a wireless router in my harry potter cupboard last night while looking for some crap or another, the ex must of left it there when he was working for Virgin) so I can 'surf' in bed :D

Depends if you feel up to it Maz and if getting out the house for a little while would do you some good or if it's more effort than it's worth.. :o

I think it would do me good as getting a bit of cabin fever I think, with all the snow and stitches I've not been out since left hospital on Monday night.. highlight has been to walk down garden to use tumble dryer in shed - how sad is that!!!

Plus it might be good for Henry to do something special I guess, he's been good but plays up on the odd occasion like today when trying to rearrange furniture to look for missing SD card and sort where to put Christmas tree..

Not looking forward to Monday as OH going out at 12 till about 10pm and will just be 3 of us...bedtime could be fun!! Right off for a cuppa while OH nipped for a pint and the boys are sleeping... hugs to all
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.

I'm very jealous of your Harry Potter cupboard AM :)

Packing still in progress, Tesco order has been updated and I am ignoring the phone call I have to make to update after the email. And I know she knows I've read it... ugh.

defo give him the parcels. you stay at home with Rhys, its far too cold to go out

He doesn't know I'm getting my hair cut.. Well, no, he knows I'm having it cut, just not when - actually said he wasn't interested. Yeah, cheers love! :o  So anyway he'll think I'm not going out - not sure he'll even have remembered we have blood tests on Monday either..

Grrrr, exasperated.. that's what I am now. Past annoyed.

3 - you divvy on the internet shop :p you have about 2hrs from picking your delivery slot to checkout, only once you've checked out do you 'have' the slot but you can go back and ammend your order untl the day before the delivery slot (can't remember what time it is though one is 10pm I think but not sure if thats tesco)

When I originally booked the delivert I added two boxes of nappies and a box of wine - the essentials  and checked out to save it.
I think my mistake was to add stuff, but not check out again iykwim?

I've been to Asda this morning and got just about everything we need. It wasn't too horendous - except I had to root around the back of the shelves looking for long dated stuff. :p

he could either have hyper extension (aka double jointed, what I have)

    Is that something that's hereditary?

I remember Mum being put into a panic when little sister was a baby - apparently her spine didn't line up with her bum crack right.
She waiting months for the appointment - worrying herself silly. Then the appointment came - and everything was ok!

Yey for Rhys eyes - DS had a little turn/cross eyed look as a baby but had grown out of it by time he was a toddler. They just said that the muscles controlling the eye movement weren't very strong in the baby.

I'm supposed to go out at 6 and not even had my bath yet, I did just eat leftover haggis on toast though - Why?! I have an issue with food lately, can't see bloody green cheese, I blame the cold weather. I'll be very suprised if when I put my dress on I DONT go off on one about lookin like a big fat whale.

Sami - I didn't see that post about Edgars hips, I hope he will just be double jointed. My friend had a clicky hip when she was born but no-one noticed until she was around 2 (walking funny) and by then it was really bad. BUT, on the good side, you noticed really early, very obsverent mummy. ((HUGS))

Elle - YEY for rhys not needing gegs! I actually think babies look dead cute with specs but obv that's not a good thing for them to need! Wish I didn't need specs, my eyes are getting worse every year, I'm envious of rhys peepers!!
