    Exactly the same vix.

Bails I wish I could like things like that, seriously I do. Would be so much easier to have a varied diet, without my beloved bread. I'm just a fussy fickle eater. I'm even fussy when it comes to eating fruit, the only fruit I can say i enjoy (most of the time) is an apple. U see, so totally boring. Very occasionally I take the urge for a banana, but it's once in a blue moon.

Suggs :rotfl::rotfl: Old knee injury, playing up, but as a striking postie, I wanna get out and about when I can. I feel exhausted doing nothing at work, much more tired than I was when walking 8 miles a day.

Bananasplit - no where near finished either, weight has been creeping back on with my bad habits and lack of exercise due to the knee injury. I was 1 stone away from my first target, but now it's about a stone n half - 2 stones, haven't weighed in this week as yet  I'm too much of a wuss to step on the scales :rotfl:

me goes off to suck a jelly baby :p

I prefer to suck on wine gums :)

mazza, I had a dogdy knee for a few years, I took a sideways blow to my knee playing rugby and almost ruptured my medial ligament, in some respects it would have been better if I had!! The op would have been quicker. I still played rugby after a few weeks rest, but I would end up hobbling after playing. In the end 3 years later I had the ligament repaired and scar tissue remove with an arthroscopyso I feel you pain.

  • Ooops-a-daisy +1LB gain this week. :o and I'm surprised I got away with that. Have been comfort eating to as certain extent as the news about my MIL gets progressively worse, poor lady, plus I've been a bit lacking in exercise points too....

Anyhoo, welcome Karen :hello: you'll find lots of inspiration & lovely peeps on here!!

Well done to all the losers & STS this week!!! :D Onwards and downwards!!

Result this week - have lost approx 1 pound from last Wednesday.

    Now weigh 77.0 kg

    Last week, 77.2 kg

Now I've got over the swine flu and bronchitis I'm back to my exercise/fitness programme. Started aqua-aerobics again last week, that's Monday afternoons, then yesterday morning I started on 6 weeks' adult beginners' swimming, and Friday keep-fit at the retirement complex.

granny - I'm sure you look fabulous, I shal aim to be at least a glamourous granny by the time babba starts school! Well done on terrific loss this week

victory - Know where you are coming from with that one, but am feeling smug as my hamsters n play house n slide etc are all safely stowed for christmas. Burnt some calories fighting through crowd I think!

Well done all the losers and sts this week, here's to another successful week next week!

Fred - can i please go down as a sts this week please?

Victory - good luck with that! Im having to hunt down a certain autograph for someone this christmas...it needs to be on a good photo (a lot on rubbish ones) a real one not a photocopy and at a fair price as most want to charge loads! Apart from that most of my pressies are easy to get hold of, although should get the telescope for my nephew now just in case they all sell out (its a good price). Good luck shopping for the kids!

Suggs - you said your work is something to do with anti virus so may I pick your brains please? Mine has just run out and as a student I can get mcaffee for £2 from uni but have always had norton and been told it is far better. Should I just pay it and get norton or is mcaffee just as good? Thank you!!!

Food yesterday was a small pack of raisins, jacket potato with cheese and swede (in a school so school dinners) then a friend bought me fish and chips for dinner which was obviously bad *slapped wrist*

Havent long been up yet today so will pick at some dry cereal (yummy) then have 112 cal veg soup (2 of my 5 a day) for lunch followed by diced chicken in a mango and chilli marinade with roasted veg cous cous and a roasted red pepper for dinner. Yum yum and reasonably healthy!

Have a good one all and well done on the losses...particularly well done to you granny!

    Way to go Granny :j:j:j

DMV - Sorry I'm not as pro as suggs when it comes to AV but I found Norton slows the machine down something chronic, unless it's changed in the years since I tried it.

Guess who was allowed out to play today :j:j:j Some exercise at last. Didn't do a full duty but my starburst part, all my customers were glad to have me back, as they took this part of the duty off me to give to someone who had a dodgy knee :o Now her knee is better, mine is slowly getting there, I get my nice flat part back again :j I'm now home from work, feeling absolutely great, a bit of stiffness in knee, but nothing major, but feel so awake compared with how I normally feel after doing nothing in the office all day, strange how u can get so tired doing nothing.

Suggs, I like wine gums too, but jelly babies was all we had left :o
    4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j
