Thanks Bails :p I feel like that feeling you get when you admit you have an alcohol problem. Or i presume this is what it feels like :p

I cant ever plan meals! Im not the planning sort. What if you plan for 7 meals in a week and then decided you wanted to go out somewhere for a meal? I dont know what i fancy tonight even, let alone in 5 days time.
that is what the freezer is for;)

    Exactly the same vix.

Bails I wish I could like things like that, seriously I do. Would be so much easier to have a varied diet, without my beloved bread. I'm just a fussy fickle eater. I'm even fussy when it comes to eating fruit, the only fruit I can say i enjoy (most of the time) is an apple. U see, so totally boring. Very occasionally I take the urge for a banana, but it's once in a blue moon.

Suggs :rotfl::rotfl: Old knee injury, playing up, but as a striking postie, I wanna get out and about when I can. I feel exhausted doing nothing at work, much more tired than I was when walking 8 miles a day.

Bananasplit - no where near finished either, weight has been creeping back on with my bad habits and lack of exercise due to the knee injury. I was 1 stone away from my first target, but now it's about a stone n half - 2 stones, haven't weighed in this week as yet  I'm too much of a wuss to step on the scales :rotfl:

me goes off to suck a jelly baby :p

Victory, apologies if my (rushed) post earlier came across the wrong way, Mazza said she was awaiting my comments and I wasn't quite sure if she had the right person - others on here, yourself included, do a far better job of offering specific food advice, I don't see myself as one of the go-to people for food/menu advice at all so I was a bit surprised to see my name mentioned in that context. I should have phrased my response better, sorry to you and Mazza, I realise how abrupt it sounded :o.

not at all dear, I was just gearing up to witness a fight, had the lager at the ready too :rotfl: Nah pretty sure you offered good advice b4, anyhoo, I could be wrong (again)
no apology needed. If anything I should apologise for mentioning ure name when i'm mistaken.

We all happy now we've all apologised :D

    Love what you said Vix.

Really and truly EVERYONE on here is an inspiration to me, and I don't think any of us ever intend to be dismissive or hurtful towars others. Not like I've seen on some of the other threads:eek::eek:

BUT saying you'll look like a GRANNY Shelanne, now that is cutting. ;);) This Granny looks good! (learning from Vix, I am)

Suggs - now I know why we missed you. A double entendre read into everything!

  • this is a bit of a ramble, but never mind! I needed to replace my work trousers so popped into JS and picked up a pair in the same size last week. Didn't fit. Not even close. Way too tight. So, went in tonight and picked up the bigger size. Bit bummed, didn't think the weight loss was going that badly. Out of interest, decided to measure and compare the 2 pairs of trousers. Would you believe, they are identical? Exactly the same cut and measurement. Except one has a larger size than the other. I can't decide if i was blessed back then with the smaller size or cursed now with the bigger one. Goes to show why i hate clothes shopping! And hte final grrrr - the old ones are R length, the new ones S. Guess which ones are actually the shorter . . . . . yup. the R ones.

sorry suggs. shall we talk about bra sizings now?
