What are these hamsters everyone's talking about?

Granny well done. My guerilla warfare isn't going so well went out last night and had copious amounts of beer (really should be more ladylike and ask for halves!) and then came home with the munchies and demolished a whole bag of wine gums - luckily they caught my attention before the large tin of Roses did! And couldn't go to the gym cos it was closed. Had a good night out tho. I am resisting all attempts to get me to eat the office biscuits.

Rosie 2lb is a good loss and slow and steady is easier to maintain and keep off.

    Hi DMV

All antivirus will do a job, its like cars really, they will all get you there, but the cheapest doesn't always do the best job, and sometimes the well known ones will crash. :)

AVG for the consumer I think is still free and is good, I have nothing against Macafee or Norton, but I dont sell either. Mine is better ;) I have heard good things about avira which is a free home download as well.

Thanks for all the congratulations :o but they are totally undeserved --- all I've done is lose what I've put on over the last few weeks.

So I still have to lose 13lb by Christmas if I'm going to make my real target weight by then. I think I'll maybe adjust the target --- I'm planning to aim for a BMI of 24 but with a bit of flexibilty, plus or minus 5lb. If I go for the top end of that I only need to lose 8lb which might be do-able. Is that cheating? It's too depressing having an unreachable target. (Mind you, having had blood taken today I must be loads lighter;))

    Mazza that's great!

Have lost I think 8lb, so half a stone, but my gut still doesn't seem to be going, and I think I know why....bloody gluten intolerance :( and me eating bread...need to not do it but can't find a decent alternative
