hi lois!!!!!!!!
won the war with the gas meter peeps yay!0 -
Hello, have been following everyones advice and that of the nurse at my doctors surgery. Ive lowered my portions and stopped having so much of the bad stuff lol.
Well I was at the nurse today and got weighed, over the last 3 weeks I have lost 3 whole pounds! :j After having been trying since June and not losing anything and being less and less motivated as time goes on Im so happy to have lost something at last. I know its not much in 3 weeks but I am so glad it was a loss as I was expecting a gain lol and didnt want to hit that dreaded next number! Maybe now I will find more motivation to do exercise as I havent done much these last few weeks so if I do then I will hopefully lose more next time I go.

and me eating bread...need to not do it but can't find a decent alternative
Hi Elfen, well done on the loss, I think 8lb is a pound more than half a stone :T If you don't mind baking and don't mind short or past sell by dates, Appr0ved F00ds have bags of gluten free bread mix on offer - I've got a loaf on now to try it, will let you know household results after the taste test
Edited in - gluten free bread mix passed the taste test here.I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

My weigh in today was a bit disappointing. I have lost a quarter of a lb!
We went away at a wedding last weekend so I did eat a lot that I knew I shouldn't. I am determined to lose more this week as I have another wedding to go to next month.

No I'd hidden everyone who'd not posted a result (or did I miss you.
OH and I are weighing in on Sundays, so I'll make sure we visit the internet cafe early in the week to report in. Actually, why not put him on the chart too? He doesn't have a MSE nickname, so let's give him one - how about Superman!
Will add you and superman Lois0
