that is what the freezer is for;)
Food that has been frozen never agrees with me 100% I dunno why.......
Also sometimes i go overboard...frozen veg, frozen meat. I get to the point where im like, "get me to a farm shop now!"
Although victory if youre ever free to pop round and make me food i would be happy0 -

For tomorrow, do i need to give my current weight? Seeing as I probably wont have lost anything yet...my officail start day will be tomorrow. I plan on doing the Vicky binns workout tomorrow night.
I'm off to bed now night all x
Ohh im glad!! I've got the vicky binns workout too! I think its pretty alright, the first time i did it all the way through it kept me interested. Second time i was getting the moves easier and didnt finish it.
I'd rather they did 30 min sessions but more of them to keep it fresh, and maybe have music that gets you going! Or men in the background, anything!0 -
If more of you posted now i wouldnt have to post 3 times on the trott!
I've eaten badly today. 2 mini chocolate bars, a chicken and bacon bagette with crisps, a salad from the harvester, scampi chips and peas with 2 onion rings and a sundae best for afters. No wonder im going from beyonce to the lady who sang its raning men. I must stop eating!!!!0 -
Hi vix...I will post just for you! My food today has consisted of a slice of toast and then a chinese for dinner. Was the nicest chinese I have ever had and was thoroughly enjoyed but now I have a horrible taste in my mouth. The fat part of me (ok all of me is fat!) wants to have chocolate to get rid of it but the skinny bit of me (um...my fingernails?!) is saying to go brush my teeth instead which is what i will go do!0

Beyonce has some very curvy ladies in her backing group!! I love her and her curves, a great role model for women & girls. We're going to see her at the O2 next Saturday - cant wait!!£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

Excited about the builder or his extension (oooh-errrr missus!!:D:D)
Seriously, I'd love to get an extension done (we badly need the room) but I've seen too many episodes of "Cowboy Builders" to go for it, plus you hear all these horror stories about how people are stitched up and let down all the time - kudos to you katie for going for it. How did you choose your builder? do you also have a project manager? the thought of having to live with all that mess and upheaval for months on end also puts me off (OH likes a quiet life....)£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

hi hezza,
I have a friend who is a builder, who was recommended by another friend. I did get a quote from another recommended builder, but chris builder won out. He reckons it will be done quite quickly so we'll see. It prob won't be too messy - he reckons he can pretty much do the entire extension, sealed, roofed the lot and then knock through in a matter of days. I haven't gone for a project manager because it just seemed unnecessary - can understand if you are doing a major project and are co-ordinating lots of things, but the only other thing is the kitchen ( which me and my dad are fitting) and the leccy - which my dad is doing. Builder is organising plasterer, plumber etc. I sold it to OH on the promise of a dishwasher, and a game of scrabble in the new kitchen.
Of course it may turn into a horror story, we just don't know!
got a james martin lemon tart kit on my desk giving me a come hither look. eek!0
