    Hey all!

BB I hope you soon feel better, poor you :(

Vixstar - off you go for your run then! ;) Let us know how you get on out there! :D

Hi Mischa welcome to the thread. You know exactly what you want to do and everything's in place with the gym etc, so go for it! :j Please don't feel embarrassed about working out, with each visit you'll be one more step closer to your goal and that's what counts! KPC is exactly right about people just being at different stages, and many of the ones with the 'perfect' toned bods could well have been overweight not very long ago! Good luck!

Victory I'm with you in sticking to plan before Xmas - good luck with your weigh in :)

PepPop, enjoy your mini break! Rosie good luck with your visit home and your exercise plan.

Hope you're OK Granny and enjoying the socialising etc, your weight loss has been brilliant this year, you deserve a breather!

Emzy, welcome and best of luck with your weight loss!

Sorry haven't had chance to catch up with everything on here but keep the faith peeps! Hope everyone's OK xx

    Hi everyone.

I am celebrating avoiding junk so far today! Have had cereal, sushi, a yog and just had an apple. Am really hungry but am waiting for someone else to cook so am just going to have to put up with it for a couple of hours, maybe have another apple (pink lady apples were 6 for 99p last time I went, and they are my absolute fave!)

Havent got a clue what weigh in result will be tomorrow, I dont think I will have gained as food hasnt been bad, but dont know if it has been good enough to lose. Right need to get on with work! Good luck with weigh ins tomorrow everyone, hopefully I will remember to post my result.

3lb gain for me this week to say I am devastated would be an understatement, I have spent the whole lead up to xmas so focused on getting to next week on a STS to go into it clear, gain, then loose once the festivities are over, turns out however much effort you put into it and however many pieces of fruit and veg you eat and how many times you say no thank you to a festive drink, a festive sweet it goes against you and you gain:rolleyes:

I have not gained for such a long time not sure what to make of it, water retention? No, TOTM is a few weeks away? Been ill? No, just the usual arthritis and diabetes, lack of exercise? No, same, not been sticking ridgidly to the diet? Oh yes I have, oh no she hasn't oh yes she has:rotfl:it is going to take a while for my analytical brain to work this one out:rolleyes: so careful, so focused on getting to xmas week and there you have it gain, amazing, I even turned down the other day a bacon buttie and it looked so lovely I longed for it:D but still said no, should have gulped down 2 shouldn't I?:rotfl::D

  • -2lbs for me :T. That's over two weeks though coz I forgot last week with being absolutely overun at work. Am going to try to be a good girl over the next couple of weeks without spoiling the fun. Got my Xmas party on Friday night so will be having a few Bacardi and cokes, so will see what effect that has!!

Congrats to all losers and hope everyone is keeping well. xx
