Weighed again today and now it is a 4lb gain:eek: OH bless him says the scales are faulty but they are not why would they be? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Can't bare looking at the chart thanks fred:D might as well put large woman:rotfl:
Thanks sary the only times I gain are two def reasons 1 is 4lb or 5lb for TOTM which is not due for 2 weeks so cannot be that and that immediately goes away the day of it so have stopped bothering with that one, I know it is there I know it is going to happen and I am fine with it:D the second one is eating if I eat and boy do I eat I gain 1lb a day so if I am going to do that I plan everything around it like for the next xx days I will eat whatever whenever I want and xx will be gained, it is a scientifically worked out:rotfl:no issues there expect it, happy knowing it will happen and loose it as soon as I behave again usually within that week so no harm done just a big greed fest enjoyed by me:D

This one no clue, the xmas stock has not been touched that is next week, the food has not changed, the portions are exactly the same, have not drunk anything, have not changed one didly dot of the WW plan, neither increased or decreased, neither added new items of food or lowered my daily points or increased my cals, absolutely hand on heart zilch, rien, nada, it is the same day after day until next wednesday so now I have mental torture of a now 4lb gain, and next week will be at least 3lb for the 3 days of chomping so 7lb gain:rolleyes: If I had my way I would not join in, eat,on those 3 days but I will I have cancelled the big dinner out on sunday, nothing passes lips that is not approved by my strict eye:rotfl: I could give up but I won't there has to be a reason and I will find it, going to town tomorrow to weigh on the boots scales which I have not done for ages because I have my own so no need but will tomorrow if that says 4lb gain I surrender:rotfl:

Dont worry victory, it could be a load of reasons. Its so cold these past few days that you do probably need to eat a wee bit more just for that! What goes on, must come off and you could be surprised. Be positive victory!!

    Hi everyone,

I've reached the 2nd anniversary of getting to my target weight! :j Pleased to report this year I've maintained within a range of 6lb (approx 3lb either way of my ideal). Last year it was an 8.5lb range so I've done a bit better! :D

The chart shows my monthly weigh ins for 2009, it did start creeping up a little (:o) but I've seen it all off over the last three months! Today's weigh in was a 0.9kg loss (not for chart pls) and I'm now at my lowest weight of the year. I fully intend to gain 2-3lb over the next month ;).

I know I don't post here as often as I used to, but I'm still grateful to those peeps who have offered advice and helped keep me focused, and the thread in general!

Enjoy the festive season everyone and best of luck with your weight loss (or maintain) goals next year!

    [chart edited out]

Hi everyone, i'm planning to start back with SW in the new year , one of my friends has been going since june and has lost 4 1/2 stone! Just wondered if anyone who is currently doing it could explain the easy extra?? I did SW ages ago and only had the options of 'red' or 'green'?? Just wondered what it was all about and if it actually works as well??
    Goal weight....lighter than when I started :D

  • Missy - what a result, well done!! :T

6" snow here today - schools closed, sent the kids outside to have fun but they have informed me that the snow is too light & powdery to make a snowman (I'm getting "wrong kind of snow" attitude from my kids - jeez!!). So here we are trapped in the house all day trying to avoid the temptations of the biscuit cupboard - help!!
