lo all! had a tiring weekend but back now! have decided to kinda follow bail's advice - if i stop thinking about it I'll probably eat myself sick, but I'm going for somemoderation without following anything in particular. So as I've had a kitkat today, I shant have any more snacks. There, I've said it so i have to do it.0

Sorry to read about your dog, Poohbear
Good luck, well done and commiserations as appropriate to everyone and a special well done to Vix.
I'm still sticking to the reduced portions but haven't managed to completely master the earlier eating curfew of 8pm, I'm succeeding on 9pm, though. Once again, MUST TRY HARDER! Will weigh in on Wednesday morning, as usual, and am trying hard to make it to the 5lbs loss this month but fat chance or should that be chances are looking slim? :rotfl:I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

Did my WI a day early as I've got another early start tomorrow and <<drum roll>> pleased to report a -3LB LOSS :j
I don't know whether my nerves over the various interviews killed off my appetite or whether - taking other posters advice- its because I moved the scales from the bathroom to the landing (as DD was hogging the bathroom this morning) but whatever it was - it worked!!
Thanks for all the good vibes over the job, it seems to be working so farHad another exhausting 2.5 hours yesterday but it went well (he said he was going to give "very positive" feedback on me) but there are more meetings still be be had so I still won't get a decision for a while yet. Apparently this company takes its time over hiring decisions "especially for one of the highest paid positions" - oh boy....My face actually hurt at the end from remembering to smile so much! It's one thing trying to relax and be yourself but you still need to be on your guard and not let anything untoward slip. Phew!
Well done Vixstar :T- it's great to be able to take the time to reflect on your achievements isn't it?
Bails - everything crossed for you for Wednesday
Poohbear - sorry to hear about your dog, <<hugs>> for you.
Good luck to all for your WI's this week!!£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250
£2 Savers Club 2015 #8 £250£200 :j
