Alirob not sure if anyone on here will be albe to help with your question (except perhaps Missy) but there is an exercise thread in the moneysaving arms section and a DFW running club thread in the Debt Free Wannabe section (possibly in the diaries sub section) who should be able to offer some advice or at least sources of advice.
