Thanks for the chart, Fred, I think I may gave forgotten to declare a week somewhere, though, as I'm only showing a 2lb loss and it was actually 3lb, making my total to date 9lb. :) I think I got left off the chart in week one of November, but I have 4 more days to see if I can make it to 10lb. I want to achieve average loss of 5lb per month. :D

    Thanks for the SOTW guys.

One or two (or three or four...) chocs have slipped into my food intake for the past few days. Really must get back the will power I had when I first started on WW. I know its there somewhere. On a more positive note I have finally done the Davina Super Fit workout. I don't think I like it, I'm definitely more of a Nell McAndrew Ultimate Challenge type of gal. Off to add that to my Amazon wish list!

    Yay Hezza!!!

Although are you SURE you never wore anything short? I have seen photographic evidence of my mother in whatever era it was, lets say the 60's in a VERY short skirt and youre the same age roughly! I love how mums have short memories of what we wear to what they wore in their eras.
Trouble is i suppose my mum never got drunk enough to show her knickers like i might. How times change eh!

My skirt might have been short Vix, but not tight and low and sparkly as well. It would have been tie -dyed probably - ask your mum about that!
And as for showing knickers (I just wrote knockers by mistake - Freudian slip?) - us ageing hippies didn't wear any. :rotfl: :rotfl:

    Hi all,

Voxstar, you have just reminded me that I have the Devina video, must get it out of the cupboard and get myself moving. I have been using the food focus site and have to say I quite like it, so I am hoping that it helps me to keep on track.
