    Hey guys,

Forgot to weigh in last week. Gives an indication as to how unfocused I am for weightloss right now. OH at home eating bad things, and encouraging me isn't helping, but he's trying to be kind (even if it's not ideal). I've been doing jobs at home, and sorting out the christmas gifts. OH is on the laptop quite a lot too, so I don't get much time to just pootle on here for long.

Bottom line is that I feel fat. OH says my boobs and bum look fab, so there's an upside... for him, anyway! I guess if he chases me more I'll be getting the exercise I need :D

So, tomorrow is Day 1 (again! *groans*)
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Bit like me with haggis! :rotfl:

Here, seated in my country mansion, I'm looking out at a lovely crisp, frosty morning, so I might go walking to survey the estate. I've tried to be good with the diet this past week but the butler will insist on leaving sweets lying about the place, perhaps a new maid would help solve that problem!

:rotfl:BUMP! OK, back in the real world, it's freezing! I'm losing bulk despite not losing that much weight, but isn't it amazing how much flab a pound of fat takes up?! Hope I don't lose it in the wrong places or my bras will need replacing with vests!:rotfl:Hoping to have lost at least 1lb this week but not declaring anything before Wednesday (even although I weighed myself again just to make sure this week's pound was still gone :o)

Hi michelle, welcome aboard. Did i watch the biggest looser? was that the one with the woman who is quite masculine and the black trainer, and they were in pairs? Or was that something else! who knows. What did you eat for 21 days without eating wheat, dairy or meat!!!!!! Hardcore, but well done on your losses thus far!

Im ill with some form of snot producing lergy :( matt is ill too so im not recieving any special treatment what so ever! pants.

On the plus side im alot happier because a group of friends and myself are going to London next sunday to ice skate and see harrods! So excited.

Hope everyones had a good weekend.

Yep thats the show, and the black trainer is Rich, who is training me, ive been eating lots of quorn, vegtables, been experimenting with different herbs and spices, also had houmous and wheat free pittas, found some wheat free snacks which are a bit like snack a jacks, also falafel which comes in a stuffing type box, make these up into patties, then cook them they taste bit like onion bhajis, I have these with shredded lettuce, toms and red onion. I also made myself have porridge with honey every morning, something I hated but Rich told us that eat something constnatly for 10 days and then your taste buds adjust - its true, I know love porridge lol.

For desserts as a treat ive been having the Alpro soya caramel vanilla or choc desserts. It wasnt that hard to follow for 21 days in fact im still following it roughly during the week and then eating normal at the weekends, was meant to go gym this morning but have a major headache fromm too much "enjoyment" at the weekend lol.

Tbh I will be happy to maintain my weight now until the new year as I have so many challanging weekends ahead and then the main event in 4 weeks time lol.

So have been to work all week, just thinking I've had a heavy head cold. Wasn't until today when I could feel it heading for my chest that I even thought about going to the doctor. So too late for antivirals, and have probably spread it round half the town by now due to my job  Now have to have antibiotics for my chest.

Tell ya what tho, it's not like what I was expecting. For those of you who have suffered from a proper flu, you will know what I mean, with real flu, I couldn't get out of bed, other than to crawl to the toilet. With the piggy flu, i've worked throughout, altho was feeling shtty, was nothing at all like the real flu.

Oops that's exactly the way I felt a couple of weeks ago - I just got cough bottle for my chest and carried on - not good. I didn't feel sick just really chesty cough. OH had it too and kept saying swine flu and I told him not to be stupid cos it didn't feel like the "flu" Oops again.

Hi Michelle - wow great opportunity training with a "biggest loser" trainer - although given a choice i'd pick Bob from the american one. ;)

    Nyk - vests :eek: :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Well my little one got sent home from school today with sore throat and fever, a wee bit snotty, but generally feeling not too bad. Will keep an eye on him for the rest of the day and see how he goes. Probably the piggy flu with him, hopefully be early enough for him to get the antivirals tho, fingers crossed

Still, good for hte digestion eh?
