Bottom line is that I feel fat. OH says my boobs and bum look fab, so there's an upside... for him, anyway! I guess if he chases me more I'll be getting the exercise I need
Depends how fast you run ......0 -

Finally managed to drag my behind to the gym and didn't enjoy it at all. Think I'm going to take my sport gear to work tomorrow and go straight to the gym rather than festering in my room till gone 7.
And the evil Cs are rampaging back into my diet. Think my pledge for Dec (or at least till the 23rd when I get to my mum's for Xmas) is no chips, only advent calendar chocolate and more squash/water during the day. I'd also say moore exercise but that may be pushing my luck!0 -
very happy to report -2lb this week! I might actually reach my goal of 2st before xmas, with 4 more pounds to go....but we will see.....
keep your heads up everyone! we've got a few more weeks before the 'big binge', def going to try and compensate now for the damage i KNOW will happen in the future!
xxshift the bulge! - 54lb lost so far :j .....alot more to go......:eek:0 -

I have to be on the 0540 train to london tomorrow to deliver stuff to sainsburys. wahhhhhhhhhhhhh. on the plus side, my boss says that's all i have to do tomorrow cos he's ace like that.0 -
Oops that's exactly the way I felt a couple of weeks ago - I just got cough bottle for my chest and carried on - not good. I didn't feel sick just really chesty cough. OH had it too and kept saying swine flu and I told him not to be stupid cos it didn't feel like the "flu" Oops again.
Hi Michelle - wow great opportunity training with a "biggest loser" trainer - although given a choice i'd pick Bob from the american one.
Nyk - vests :eek: :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Id actually love to train with Gillian or Shannan (Aussie BL), I ate total crap last night as it was DS birthday and birthday buffett food is hard to resist, back on ryvitas and houmous today though!! got gym session with the group tomorrow so have to have motivation for that as ive not been all week!!!!!! its also weigh in day and last week having stayed the same I am dreading that its all caught up with me and somethings gone back on!!!!
What diet plans are you all following?0 -
Michelle I was following WW, then upped my exercise significantly and stuck too WW principles uring the week and the plan strictly at the weekends. Have kind of lapsed on all fronts recently (overconfidence) which is why I'm now having an internal debate over whether I prefer the treadmill or some out door running tonight!0

:j:j:j:j to Rosie for her wonderful loss and :j:j:j:j to Bindi for her STS in the circumstances.
Nice to see you back on here Raph. The photo is lovely.
How's it going Sary? Are you letting the OH catch you?
That's a great excuse for not going back to the class KPC. I need that recipe!
Happy St Andrews Beanie, for yesterday. What was the decision on the haggis crisps? Should KPC be marketing them?
Michelle - I count calories. I find it just the most flexible approach even if it can be a bit laborious to look things up. Sometimes it stops me eating just cos I cant be [STRIKE]ars[/STRIKE] bothered to look up the values.0 -
