My scales tell me I have gained 3lb but not having it, not declaring it because TOTM is today or tomorrow and as we all know we gain around that time, me up to 4lb so not saying 3lb gain when it comes off in a day or two so STS FOR ME THIS WEEK PLEASE:D

  • Hi peeps, just a flying visit as still in the middle of the big stuff I refered to last week. However, excellent progress and light at the end of the tunnel. As it has involved quite a lot of physicl work I am pleased to report -1lb please fred dispite eating lots becasue I'm doing lots of physical work:D
This means I have achieved the 4 lb loss I wanted for xmas, but of course I have to maintain that for 4 weeks now:eek:

Reading every day though and cheering you all on from the side lines.

Victory are you ok? Haven't seen you post recently.EDIT, haha - you have, good oh.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Morning all. Please to report a 2.2lb loss please Fred.

Welcome back Raph - I have wondered how you were doing and I think just half a stone when you have been enjoying yoursefl is amazing. I wish......! I agree with granny, picture was amazing too - I remember when you joined here....

Well done to all the losers too - Christmas is getting close and the excess of Chrsitmas are starting to be around now too (to empt us) so I reckon any losses in December are worthy of much praise.

I am off to Montreal on Monday for a week with my baby (leaving DH and DD1 behind!) - it is my treat to myself before I officially go back to work in the new year at the end of my maternity leave although I have been working throughout my leave really and now go in to the office twice a week so I feel I deserve a holiday before reality hits. Anyway, won't be weighing in next week but please keep me on the chart Fred.

    This morning, 76.2 kg

I didn't record anything a week ago, wasn't feeling very well.

    2 weeks ago, 76.8 kg

So, a loss of 0.6 kg in 2 weeks.

Id actually love to train with Gillian or Shannan (Aussie BL),

Did you see the Aussie programme when they had to train the trainers - Shannan is a fitness machine. Have you seen Gillian's pages on the net. I like her method of training (beating you down then building you up) but I like Bob's approach of calorie counting and yoga etc

    Sorry about the job Vixa

Fingers cross Hezza - and I admire your patience

Can you put me down for a STS this week please - forgot to weigh in this morning :o

Well done everyone on your losses and sts :j
  • Well the recruitment consultant called me this morning, he has been trying to arrange my next meeting but as the key people are either off sick or on holiday he's having trouble pinning anyone down. He did seem anxious that I was still interested though which I'm taking as a good sign. :D OH reckons that it's not going to happen but I'm choosing a more positive attitude than that, this is a key position in a big company and I think they are just taking their time making a decision  Onwards!!!
