awww thanks everyone, although i havent really properly contributed for a while KPC! Was better than I thought in terms of dinner, didnt do any rice so just had a hot bowl of very spicy chilli which was gorgeous. Giving myself 15 minutes to chill now, then going to have a red bull to wake myself up and then get back to work!0

Evening everyone. STS for me this week  unfortunately, despite trying really hard. I have increased my water intake and made sure to have my 5 a day but no luck. Been really busy at work too, so had more excercise tooing and froing and I shifted a whole cupboard full of brochures from one side of the shop to the other in the hope that a) I would lose a couple of lbs and b) firm up the flappy wings but no, it was all for nothing - except a nice clean stationary cupboard. Hey ho.....

Hi,
-2lb this week. :jHad hoped it would be more as it is my first week, but still pleased that I have been able to stick to it. Have been using Food Focus site to stay on track. This week need to get myself moving and do some excercise.

Can I be added back onto the list, and zero-ed? I'll start again from today
No problem - have added you - but left you in the target members section.
Here is this weeks chart:
Congrats to all the losers and STSers, special congrats to our SOTW Efrieze.
I've paid the price for visiting the Christmas Markets last week (and trying many samples ) with a 1lb gain but hopefully that will be off next week.
Good luck to everyone for the next week - many temptations around this time of year.

Yay - I don't think I ever got SOTW at all when I was on LW14-18 in 2007! -thanks Fredsnail. I hope I can take the focus with me in Canada next week. Wish me luck and hope you all have a good week too.0

Hi all, aww I checked in too late tonight! I'm extremely pleased to report in a 4.5 loss this week!!!
No idea how I did it but I'm very happy all the same!
2019 will be my year!!0 -
morning all! well done everyone who achieved something this week - and a clean stationery cupboard is definitely an achievement!
I've admit to admit that i won't be able to get the christmas tree up this year - no space. I've currently got the contents of the utility room in the lounge which is rather annoying, but once the plumber has been hopefully this will change. But then I have to move the contents of the kitchen into the lounge instead. Think i'll go and buy one of those little baby trees that can perch on top of everything. Has anyone put their tree up yet? How does it look?0 -
Not putting the tree up until sunday week, want a real one this year but don't want to pay for it:rotfl: seems a waste when it lasts a few weeks I have a perfectly good artificial one but every year I say I want a real one:D
dmv how are you today? Going back to internet chat room sites and google, a long while ago I helped someone on the chat room, it went from there to being grateful, to PM , to emails and now we 'converse' in depth and often and it is very theraputic to release a whole heap of stuff that no one else needs know, for both of us, I want the best for the cyber chum and vice versa and it really is fab to know I have helped someone and now cyber listens to me and helps me, brilliant:D0 -
