Thanks for the chart, Fred, I think I may gave forgotten to declare a week somewhere, though, as I'm only showing a 2lb loss and it was actually 3lb, making my total to date 9lb.
I think I got left off the chart in week one of November, but I have 4 more days to see if I can make it to 10lb. I want to achieve average loss of 5lb per month.
No problem - will sort it for next weeks chart for you.0 -
soooo tired! concert was fab though. think the promoters missed a trick though. I bought a hideously overpriced tshirt - and had to get XXL, the biggest they had. Now i know I'm carrying a bit, but I'm not that mahoosive. How many women put that tshirt, or couldn't get into it at all?
lulu totally upstaged by chaka khan. Anastacia looking completely gorgeous and sounding better, great night out! now off to get hte 0600 train to london. bleagh.0 -
Sounds like a great night KPC.
Just received my preliminary schedule for work in the couple of weeks running up to xmas. 6:30 - 17:30 6 days a week. I don't mind the long hours, just going to need to be organised with lunches etc during those 2 weeks. We're trying to get someone else trained up, so I may be able to have a day off, so am hoping whoever they train up will wanna work sundays :rotfl:
Anyhoo, I guess i won't be around much in those 2 weeks but will try my best to pop in and see how everyone is doing, just to motivate my own fat a$$ into action :T4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
Thats pants mazza! Im moaning about doing what im doing! although my hours are all over the place, i would love to have a pattern sometimes. Im doing 10-7 on boxing day
I wanna put a warning out to all the shopers who would even consider coming in on a boxing day to fuel the need to even shop on that day that if you go near me or even have the nerve to ask me for a bra fit then you will have to face the vicki of doooooooooooooooooooooooooooom.
right, off to job hunt. Wish me luck0 -
Lmao our vix would be scary to cross on Boxing day! I'm gonna avoid her like the plague.
Talking of plagues, just been diagnosed as having piggy flu. The bad part is, they think I've had it since last Saturday when I started throwing up. Was off on Sunday, fine on Monday, off on Tuesday (my bday) and woke up feeling horrible. So have been to work all week, just thinking I've had a heavy head cold. Wasn't until today when I could feel it heading for my chest that I even thought about going to the doctor. So too late for antivirals, and have probably spread it round half the town by now due to my jobNow have to have antibiotics for my chest.
Tell ya what tho, it's not like what I was expecting. For those of you who have suffered from a proper flu, you will know what I mean, with real flu, I couldn't get out of bed, other than to crawl to the toilet. With the piggy flu, i've worked throughout, altho was feeling shtty, was nothing at all like the real flu.
Really annoyed with myself tho, could have had a week off work instead of dragging my fat a$$ in there all week :rotfl:4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
Wooooo!! I'm back from NYC!! Had an awesome time.
I think I overindulged on the eats thoubut the food was so delicious (I had the most amazing steak in Hard Rock Cafe, the best I have ever tasted) we did walk miles everyday so hopefully burnt some of it off thou!
I've not weighed myself for months thou, so will be interesting to start that weekly again.
I've also not been running for a few weeks, as it was getting crazy in the run up to the wedding. Need to start that up again, especially as I may now be able to get into the London Marathon on a charity placement, fingers crossed, just waiting on the answer.
Did I tell you I've cancelled my gym contract? I wasn't using the gym as I was pounding the streets so I'm saving myself £43 a month and still keeping fit

Off to see Micheal Mcintyre tonight and am busy making another cake creation for my sis in laws parents anniversary.. (should really start chargin for my labor... at this rate). Been a funny week this week. Havent jumped on the scales yet so Tuesday morning will tell. Aiming for a 1lb loss.
Howz everyone doing today?0 -
A good diet is half of the challenge when losing weight but you also need to exercise. Start with trying to do fifteen minutes a day of walking, cycling, sports or whatever else you find interesting. As long as you exercise each day you will be burning additional calories and losing weight.0

Thanks Rickey, I didn't know that. :rotfl::rolleyes:
Went a nice walk to the end of my drive and back to make the most of the dry weather yesterday and am reducing the portion sizes again as they seem to be slipping back to more regular sizes! On plus side, I accidentally weighed myself and have lost another pound, so it's probably the scales not being digital than means I need to lose a full pound before it registers.
Edited in - I should probably add that my drive is over a mile long, in case anyone thinks I meant I only made it to the garden gate and back. :rotfl:I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.
