Edited in - I should probably add that my drive is over a mile long, in case anyone thinks I meant I only made it to the garden gate and back. :rotfl:£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

Hello everyone, first time posting in this section, im Michelle and I am 41 and have spent the last 10 or so years on a diet. But am pleased to announce that this year is the first year in the last 10 that I will end it slimmer than I begun the year, this year ive lost 3 stones 7lb of which the last 12lbs has been in the last 5 weeks as I have been training and following a diet plan with Richard Callender from Britains Biggest Loser/This Morning, my friend was a contestant on Biggest Loser this year and has stayed in touch with him, he has been kind enough to train a small group of us once a week, he weighs us and sets us targets for the week, its been tough as his workouts are really hard but its showing great results.
We have been following a no wheat, dairy or meat plan (well for the first 21 days) then we incorporated chicken, turkey and fish into it.
He is weighing us for the last time this year on 9th Dec and I really need to train hard at the gym now, ive had two busy bad weekends food and drink wise, last week I managed to stay the same but this week I am worried its going to have caught up on me, so tomorrow its pound that treadmill and crosstrainer time lol.0 -
Hi michelle, welcome aboard. Did i watch the biggest looser? was that the one with the woman who is quite masculine and the black trainer, and they were in pairs? Or was that something else! who knows. What did you eat for 21 days without eating wheat, dairy or meat!!!!!! Hardcore, but well done on your losses thus far!
Im ill with some form of snot producing lergy
matt is ill too so im not recieving any special treatment what so ever! pants.
On the plus side im alot happier because a group of friends and myself are going to London next sunday to ice skate and see harrods! So excited.
Hope everyones had a good weekend.0 -
aww poor vix, next weekend sounds ace tho. Just be careful it isn't the piggy flu on the start up. That's the way i felt last Tuesday.
I'm starting to recover now (i hope) apart from the chest. Although had a few hot toddies last night which gave me enough relief to get a good couple of hours sleep :j
I managed to clean half the kitchen this morning, before I ended back on the sofa absolutely knackered. The thought of exercise right now makes me feel shattered. So am expecting to post a gain this week
Anyhoo time for the other half of my exercise regime, and clean the other half of the kitchen :rotfl: 4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
Hi everyone

Im back at the doctors to be weighed this week so just checking in. I think I may have lost some weight but dont want to jinx myself!
Ive done a little mini fix to my cross trainer with duct tape lol so I can use it again for a while before it fully breaks. Also using my gym ball a little too to work on my stomach.
Hopefully it will make some difference to my weigh in next week.

:rotfl::rotfl: I'd love to say it's a mansion with private helipad, pillared automatic gates with lions' heads, tennis courts, an indoor heated pool, a gymnasium and holds an assortment of steam rooms, jacuzzis and saunas, HOWEVER... it's soooooooo big that they didn't even feel the need to give us a real road, only a dead end farm track that the bin lorry doesn't come along. :rotfl::rotfl:I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.
