  • I had a really bad night last night, ate my tea and then was craving chcocolate bad style so had a WW toffee desert cake (170 cals).. Then another.. Then another and I ate an extra 500 cals altoegther!! Was then going to binge totally and go onto the tin of Quality Street but managed to restrain myself! Feeling absolutely rubbish today though that I let myself down and couldnt stop. ARGH!! Extra exercise at the weekend for me.. Its my first lapse since I started 3 months ago so dissapointed and worried its going to happen again! The cravings for somthing sweet were sooo bad it was making me angry! Okay now I sound psycho.. :)

I know exactly how you feel:( I've been taking Xenical for 3 months and only lost about 4lbs. Last night I had a raving for some "real" food instead of WW meals and fruit, so I had a take away pizza, chips and tomato sauce:eek: Today I'm too scared to take a tablet so I won't eat anything all day:( I'm sat at work so depressed I could cry...!!!!!
  • I feel really depressed I did cry last night! I feel like the cravings won, but I did have some control because I didnt go for the Quality Street, I was going to treat myself at the weekend and have a take away because I'd hit my target (now want to go lower) but now I can't treat myself because of last night. I'm gonna exercise all day Sat and Sun. The cravings get soo bad sometimes I become a !!!!! if I can't have it! And once I start I can't stop! Boooo :(

Don't beat yourself up too much! At least you know where you went wrong and you have planned to do extra excersize. I think we all need a blow out once in a while!

Hi all by the way! It's my first post in this thread

  • I agree I think a blowout once in a while is good, my cravings have gone now and I can continue, and its given me the boost to want to do exercise!

Yes I think a blow out gets you annoyed with yourself and gives you the surge to get back on track 100% so therefore good for you as long as it isn't every week!!

Can I please join the table as I want to lose some in time for Christmas please. At the moment I am 10.7 stone and I want to get to 9 stone eventually, to get to 10 stone by Christmas would be fantastic even. Last month I weighed 11 stone so my weight fluctuates a lot between half a stone but can't seem to get lower that 10.7!!

    Thanks ;)

We used a different room for our weigh in so I am blaming the floor.

I use the same floor tile in the bathroom - Between you, me, mazza and Vixstar we should start the "scales OCD club":rotfl:Definately the floor Poohbear

    Kayleigh and Laura :hello:

Don't be upset about you blow outs guys, as Laura said they give you a kick up the backside to get back on track - and it's good to shock your body every once in a while to stop it thinking your starving - it raises your metabolism (as long as you're not doing it every day)
  • HELLO!!!! :j
Yes I know I've been away for a while!, I was only supposed to have a monthish break but life, as it does, took over!
For you longer term members - today was supposed to be raphael's wedding day. Have a quick scan of her posts and she hasn't been on MSE since Sept so I have no idea how things are.
But raph - if all has gone according to plan, here's wishig you a very long and happy marriage, and a memorable day to start you off:T:T
I was told there were some nice messages for me :) Thank you for remembering & for your lovely messages.
Wedding was amazing! The day was brill (even thou it rained, we managed to just miss it on the way in, but had to have the photos in the hotel)
We had a ceilidh band for the reception (kinda irish square dancing) which was brilliant, so much fun & better than a disco.
The food was lovely, and everyone was impressed with the buffet in the evening. I also played a couple of songs on my saxophone during the ceremony and at the evening do which went better than I expected (cos I've only been learning since Feb!)
Heres a pic of me (on left) my dad & C
