    well done vix!!

hehee, oh did a talk for a local historical group - they got in touch with him through and advertised it as a talk by mr kpc. i was most amused. Told him that as the dog has my surname it's a sign that he should change his.

BB- I seem to be the same with anything floral. I just don't suit it! I'm destined to be in black forever I think :rotfl:

Eric, I'm way too much of a smiley person to be a goth or an emo :rotfl: I enjoy life too much for that :D Unless there's a camera about, then I go all moody and refuse to smile :p

Eric you will get there, think of those x's as little kisses, nibbling away the fat, less nibbles u have, one kiss will drop off :D

You know, this whole black clothes thing has got me thinking. I have loads of coloured clothes. Have a lovely orange top which Victory just reminded me of. Seems I've lived so long in black I just automatically go for the black stuff in the wardrobe. Think it might be to do with the get away from anything that resembles work colours thing. I wear red at work everyday of the week. Soon to be replaced by blue now that summer is coming :D

Talking of summer. Bought myself 2 new pairs of shorts for work And was all set for wearing them, until I seen my milk bottle legs :rotfl: No time to build up, I want my shorts on now!!! So time to fake it i fear :rotfl:

To anyone on Harcombe - where do sweet potatoes fall? Carb meals, fat meals, or can be had with either?

I've been all through the recipe book and the only mention of potatoes is the baked variety, though I beleive that sweet potatoes are low GI so might be a good alternative to traditional baked. Potatoes of any variety are CARB so should only be eaten with carb meals. THD suggest fillings such as low fat/very low fat cottage cheese, veggies such as ratatouille, sugar-free/artificial ingedient free baked beans (a 'normal' 200g tin of baked beans has 5g of sugar and 1g of salt in it), or you can try any mix of beans in tinned tomatoes e.g. kidney, black, chick peas etc. Potatoes are also only suitable for Phase 2.

    HTH :D

Guilford is a great place i'm sure you will do fine on the commute and the train station is not far from the town centre.
