Some things you don't forget, try as you might, I remember vividly being taunted, humiliated, pointed at and ridiculed by a load of kids on a bus when they came on and I was sitting there alone, defenceless, they have so many colourful words for fat bless them:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I also remember the spots/acne/greasy face, still have the odd spot here and there but nothing like the redness the poor diet used to bring with it:D

One thing I don't miss is black, black clothes in the wardrobe are now banned, well very limited, that is all I used to wear because of the size but now I have orange on and was loving looking at the mint green nail varnishes that are all the rage for spring, might have to go and get some tomorrow or maybe the mint eyeliner, maybe that could be one step too far:rotfl:

For thoe of you who are interested, The Harcombe Diet is now online!! :j

The basic level is free but you can upgrade to Premium or Plus (for a monthly fee) depending on the level of access & info you want. There's some interesting info in the forums about why people plateau which Mirry might find useful??

but then all the scrummy flavour would be gone and wheres the fun in that :p

but you are right there are some very healthy options in indian cooking (as well as some uber bad ones :) ) making it a very viable night out / take away option for those on a mission. Tandori chicken and pilau rice
Or Tandoori Mixed Grill (no rice) - my weapon of choice when it comes to Indian restaurants!! :D

I got the job!!!! I was going to start mid april, turns out some man was like noooooo i want her to start ASAP, so i start on tuesday! I have to get to sodding Guilford in surrey ON MY OWN!!!!!!!!!! i only use public transport to go to london or paris. I do not know how i am going to get there, im more nervous about that than anything else. I just cant get to guilford unaided, and sit on a train and come back in rush hour...if only matt wasnt working and i could have avoided all this train stuff and driven.

The only sad thing is that i dont have a memorable last bra fit, just some weirdo who i fitted into a 32H, so she'll have to do. There was no farewell from my second mother cathreeni, we started on the same day and have always got on :(

I need to grow up and take the plunge and be a woman. They were talking on loose women today about when did you realise you were a woman. Im sure that will happen to me on tuesday when i get to guilford. It better be a nice area.

To add, XBOX 360 all the way and back home again. Can't beat sitting and gaming online playing COD. I always get personal satisfaction knowing ive beaten all those blokes.
