Right must get on with some of my module, aim to do 3 hours a day but that is not always easy and on the 1st April the kids have 20 days, yes 20 ^%^^*&£"$£" days off school for easter:eek:, the kids keep telling me not to bother which helps immensely with the concentration:rotfl: go work at Asda they keep saying where you don't have to study, today the module is about pain and what analgesics are used, must have used all of them and then some so should be a doddle:rotfl:it really is quite interesting, I have never had to learn so many long medical names so it is a challenge, I am dreading being asked about them because I think I know them and then try to say them and everyone around me collapses into fits of laughter:rotfl:module one which I have handed in was precriptions how to deal with the different ones and customer service, if it is one thing I am good at that is customer care/service, born to do it, love people, interacting with them, helping them, having a laugh, I am the nicest, politest ,helpful person I know when the customers come in:D

Not all of them are like that and the butter can be replaced for spray lite and the cream with fromage frais, light creme fresh or natural yoghurt, every ingredient has a healthy alternative always:D

but then all the scrummy flavour would be gone and wheres the fun in that :p

but you are right there are some very healthy options in indian cooking (as well as some uber bad ones :) ) making it a very viable night out / take away option for those on a mission. Tandori chicken and pilau rice

Gosh, thank you Victory that reminded me what it was like before I lost all this weight and why, although I am haveing a 'break' I certainly won't ever let all that come back again. It was a reminder I needed - I realise I've been taking the benefits of not being so overweight for granted recently.

Thanks to all for the positive vibes -- just going off the see the orthopod now.
