I may play lord of the rings online again for a week, I have a minstrel that needs to get from level 60 - 70, there a fantastic time-sink if you don't graze whilst playing ..

Yay another Gamer :T. Although i'm a PS3 chick - love Lord of the Rings - but I'm playing the new Final Fantasy at the moment.

Mrs PI - hello and welcome. I'm no expert but I don't think you're eating enough calories and I would say you're leaving too long between you getting up and having your breakfast.

Hezza Hugs. Your course sounds really interesting - I loved shakespeare at school. I did OU courses and sitting exams was quite scary but i thoroughly enjoyed it even though it was hard work (lucky you cos my tutors were all pretty rubbish) Great news about the job - fingers crossed for you.

QT2006 :T:T:T Wow that was a brilliant weight loss :T:T:T

I mainly use my PS3 for driving games, although when the new super accurate wii style control (PS move) comes out I can imagine using it constantly :)

    Thanks Heatherberry :)

Am trying to follow one of the online Tesco diet plans which I like coz it tells me what to eat that is healthy but I have lots of flexibility to change around meals if I don't like them (I am a fussy eater :o)

But think it's like you said, all in the mindset! Am finally settled in personal life after a few years of upset and feeling happier with myself so am now in the mood to tackle my weight and be a better example to my kids.

Ooh don't tell me that I'm supposed to be saving my pennies - I'm rubbish at driving games I always end up going the wrong direction, much to OH's amusement. What I need is one of the seats with gear stick, peddles and steering wheel. :D

Hi all, just briefly popping in. Sorry I didnt post a result last week, very busy and either been in the south with no internet or working my backside off! Reporting a 1lb gain which is rubbish. Not using new pill (contraceptive kind) as an excuse but doctor did warn me that this was a wonderpill kind (and sorry eric but my god its amazing...bye bye icky woman stuff never to return till you stop taking it, at which poin fertility returns within 3 hours!fab!) but that the downside was you do gain weight, even if you havent on previous pills the lard is likely to meet your backside on this one! So we will see if its that or just my not being strict enough in the coming weeks. Food hasnt been great to be fair but nor has it been bad so just a case of watch this space i guess.

Sorry to post and run but drowning in work. Best wishes all xxx

    Eric look away now.

I used to take one like that - bliss!! Unfortunately I came down with a mad allergy and now can't take any kind of contraceptive pill. The cramps are wonderful fun now!!

Victory - how are you, haven't see you around for a few days?

Oh it is so lovely to be missed:D 10 days without a computer has nearly killed me, sunday before last, house goes to darkness, rubber smell coming from comp, OMG:eek: 10 days later it is back the power cable and fan burnt out £77 later done:D no one was on it fortunately at the time but oh how I missed it:D

hezza I do so hope you have the job

sary I bought my own card (placed on his bed) for Mothers day, I am used to them not bothering so I bother for them but if I treated them like they treated me on thier birthdays or xmas etc they would howl:rotfl: it makes you wonder why you bother?
You know you do a fantastic job.

To the newbies, hi:D, loosers you rock, gainers next week will be different, STS someone has to be:D it is just your week;)

5lb loss for me last week/this week sts I missed the chart last week because of the comp, I gained 4lb unexplained the week before that so it came off plus 1lb which is 1lb loss really in that week but I can only go by what the scales say and be honest which I am always so 5lb loss last week and a STS this week but the scales read as 4.2lb missing to square the stonage off to 0 so I am aiming for that-4.2lb to go.

Work-supervisor got into so much trouble because without telling the boss with 8 days into a 6 month module I have to do to qualify as a health care assitant she went over his head and asked for an extension for me, well boss went mental:rotfl: another unprofessional way of dealing with things, head office were beside themselves with anger that an extension had been asked so soon after beginning, turns out short version of story I told all to the boss (asked to take sides etc) he says I am being bullied at work and it will get sorted, he has bent over since to be nice, supervisor not seen her, area manager not coming down, they had a meeting between them with a mediator (he commented to my work colleague that the supervisor looking at my boss ' had pure hate in her contorted face' still not civilized towards each other and little bit of atmosphere but we shall survive:D

Handed in my first module yesterday, slowly but surely have to hand one in every 2 weeks and 3 days:D off for 2 weeks now otherwise loose my holiday as cannot be carried over after 1st april, was going to be for my mum but she chose to go to my sisters instead.

Eldest went 1st time ever to ice hockey training broke his ar
m in 2 places:eek: cast shoulder to wrist for 6 weeks

Lucky white heather :o Poor victory . Another week of it eh.

PepPop and Eric - Console gamers are just fakers!!! Gimme my keyboard and mouse anyday :rotfl: Any fps will be played here :rotfl:

As for weigh in. Didn't happen. My boss is trying to mess my shifts about. I always preferred early shift, so I could get home early. So a couple of weeks ago, his deputy just came up, 9am start from now on! and walked away, so I though ok fine, don't rise to it.. So have been stuck with it since then. Actually saves me a fortune in petrol not having to pick the wee man up mid shift to take him to school. Won't tell the boss that though or he'll just change it back again :rotfl: But I'm rambling, my body is still so used to being awake at 5am that I can't get out of the habit of doing it, until today :o when I slept til 7:45am and weigh in went right out my head.

Just a quick one before dinner but finally a 1lb loss and hopefully all the exercise and reduced drinking will vcontinue that trend. Although I am definitely more toned with all the exercise.
