  • I've got a feeling beanie's was 3lb on marion. Hugs beanie - a bad week for you.

Well, that same old lb I keep losing has reappeared again, so +1lb for me please Fred. Nil points of effort here.

Fi - I am not sure how much weight you will lose with the pilates, but you will definitely tone up and lose a dress size or two and have a better 'shape' so persevere, you are doin yourself a lot of good.

Pepop - wondered were you were.

Victory - how are you, haven't see you around for a few days?

Hezza -goodluck with round two of the interviews.

    And GOOD LUCK vixarooni today!!!
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Hola

Well, I was determined to be reporting in with a total weight loss of 1 stone, but sadly that didn't happen this week, instead I'm STS. Superman did a little better, he lost 0.5 lb. It's our last week in Spain, we're leaving here tomorrow to head to Madrid for a couple of days, then we'll be boarding the ferry back to England on Sunday, so we've been doing even more socialising than usual for the last few days. After today there will be less opportunities for eating and drinking out, so I WILL be reporting in with a 1 stone total weight loss next week!

I'm hoping to have internet access full time when we're back, so I'll be a more regular contributor to this thread. Reporting in each week really does help to focus my mind, so daily access should do wonders. :D

I'll hopefully get on line again before Sunday, so bye for now. Good luck and well done to everyone.

  • Hi all!

Am rather embarrassed to report a 1lb gain this week :o. The extended birthday celebrations were not a good idea :o.

I think I need to look at my mindset and try to get my head in the right place (thanks for the pep talk Eric!!) as since the beginning on the year I have actually put on 5lbs!!!! :(:o

    Focus, focus, focus.

Wow Perfect10!!! Sorry if this has been asked before, but are you on a particular diet plan?

    Have a good day all.

It's a big part of it for me, I also cant see the point "in cheating" or having little treats etc, why be good for 6 days to then go and blow it on the 7th, your either doing it or not, that maybe a very blokish attitude thou :p

Kicking the cravings is defiantly a big help and there's still plenty of tasty food that you can eat, this week I have some steak, farmed trout (leaner but still tasty), spag bog, roast chicken, (dont eat the skin or the juices) and each meal has cost less than a ready meal :) (Sainsburys where doing a 2 for 1 chicken deal :T )

although i would be lost with out my actifry and my wedges :p
