Hola
Grrr - I couldn't get on line last night, so I've missed the chart. Fred, could you add our results anyway (don't re-post the chart or anything, I just don't want to double up next week - ta.)
Curiously, both of us managed to lose exactly the amount we gained last week, how weird is that!? Anyway, that's a loss of 0.75 lbs for me and 1.25 lbs for Superman.
Thanks for doing the chart Fred, and well done to everyone this week.
Lois and Superman
p.s. well done Eric - you deserve both awards. :TStart BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.30 -

Ooh where abouts? Alot of OH's family still live there. I can manage school girl French but when OH is bi-lingual I'm embarassed to say that I don't try when we're there because he does all the talking - his family all speak English too. It really puts me to shame - I've been saying for years I'm gonna learn.
And big congrats of SOTW / SOTM and losing over a stone this month :T:T:T
Sary me too (cleaning your plate and eldery parents)
Fi Well done on losing your stone. :T
Margaret Clare well done on going down a dress size :T and oatcakes and cheese - now you're talking, although I never no when to stop eating them.
DMV that's rubbish about your course. Whatcha gonna do now?
Thanks for the chart Fred - you are a start for keeping us up to date.0 -
My day off today and I had tonnes of different activities planned to keep moving but I just feel drained :wall:It took all the effort in the world to even haul a** out of bed
I forget to mention I was trying to find the bottom of my wardrobe over the weekend and found lots of clothes still with labels on that I had brought without trying but didn't fit. So after a tidy/ sort and throw I have got some new clothes to wear when it gets a little warmer that I have not fitted into before. Including a wicked pair of combats that I brought in 2006 in florida for fishing (that I have never been able to do up) that now fit like a dream. So when the weather is a little better I have a deacent pair of fishing trousers.
Anyway I think I might go have an espresso and see if a huge caffine injection will make me feel better :eek:Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed
Need to loose 25lb / 3lb lost so far0 -
morning everyone, day 2 for me and I am hanging in there.
I just had a early lunch cos I was starving.
I had chicken and stir fry veg with herbs followed by a natural yogurt.
Does the natural yogurt have to be low fat on the harcombe phase 1 ?
mines normal.
my energy levels seem a bit low today , is this normal ?Kindness costs nothing0 -

Well done Eric for SOTM & SOTW :T
I'm trying to have a really good day today as tomorrow will be driving upto Scotland to see a friend so will no doubt eat rubbish whilst driving  and then at her house.
Saturday I'll be playing a game in Glasgow and then driving back to Manchester before driving to Bath for another game on Sunday. So I see lots of easy food this weekendOh well will have to make sure if it's crisps that they are baked ones and make sure i take lots of water to stop the fizzy shi!te!

Thanks for the chart Fred, and big well done to Eric on being SOTW and SOTM. Awesome result! :T
Thanks for all the encouraging comments everyone.
I actually got up and did 100 crunches this morning. i know I need to do cardio to burn off the fat, but at least I felt like I was doing something that was a step in the right direction!
Blimey Hezza that is the definition of efficiency (Ocado - not your cupboard arranging: that's just good sense)!

Thanks for the pics of the swimsuit, will not be being one simply because I feel that I covered up for long enough and to cover up now would be going backwards, mentally, physically I rather think I don't suit a bikini but then again was never going to be kate Moss so have to learn to live with it put up and shut up as my sis always says:D0
