    Help

    4 children, bad diet, lazyitis!

Hit an all time low in jan and weighted 15.1lb!!! have managed to drop to 14.8, but at 5ft7 am classed as obese! that phrase itself makes me wanna raid the fridge!

i have no motivation and am miserable with myself. i have access to a wii fit and an exercise bike but am so down cant motivate myself to use them, which is stupid!

planning to join gym next week with hubby, but i hate the gym. I cant get out much on an evrning to do classes as hubby works evenings and I have 4 kids to look after

anyone with any advise, please help!

Don't join the gym! If you hate it and have 4 kids there will always be a reason you're too busy to go, you need to want to go to make the time. And you'll be trapped into paying for it for ages. If you don't use the exercise bike at home what makes you think you'll go to the gym, at home is a lot more convenient, only takes 30-45 mins out of your day as opposed to the 2 hours to pack your kit, get to the gym, get changed, exercise, shower after, come home etc etc
    Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81
    Debt September 20th 2022 £2991.68- 96.92% paid off
    Met NIM 23/06/2008

    yep

even worse if your self concious

best thing you can do is walk to as many places as possible and maybe get a step counter so you can try to go a little bit further each day, there only a few quid on ebay
  • Get yourself a wii fit with the money you would have spent at the gym! You van play all the fun games with the kids and can do step aerobics (and watch normal telly) with it when they are in bed.

Now I have 2 kids I'm not going to even try and kid myself that I can get to the gym, never going to happen!!
If my words are missing letters then please excuse me....my keyboard is a tad dodgy!!
  • I've got weigh in later today and Im dreading it after my valentines weekend.
I dread sw full stop as I have to take my 3 year old and my baby with me. It feels such a waste of a fiver ESP as our leader is bigger than all of us put together but as mum wants to keep going I have to.

Still, been feeling more motivated the last couple of days, even cooked a nice sw friendly paprika chicken last night!

Think I need to cut down on my eggs, had scrambled egg and ham for breakfast (3 eggs) and then ate 3/4 of a sw quiche throughout the day. Was only at the end of the day I realised I had eaten 6 eggs, I'm going to combust!'

  • Hi, can I come and play please :)

I need a kick to get going again. Used to do sw successfully, lost loads after having dd2 before we got married but 18mnths later nothing fits again. My consultant left last summer hols & i've not got back into it yet

So half term this week and as my work clothes are all elasticated I could kid myself. Not this week, everything is either too tight or just doesn't do up
Will still follow sw cos thats all i know but not going back to class just yet, am hoping i can just weigh in here.

If I have to cry one more time over the biggest looser I am going to run out of tears:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:it gets me really bad and Mike looks so good now but his brother is still trapped in his large body unable to see the light, Ron looks fab too, I am hoping Tara will not win and it will be Mike but we shall see, Tara won everything all the time be nice for someone else to win for a change:D

That reminds me - has anyone heard from Nykmedia? I've not noticed her about for a while.
She has changed her user name to 'Frugaldom' PepPop and she is around , just very busy at home and not posting quite as much.
Gotta dash, mega exciting busy day about to start.
    kpc - go you:D:T
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
