Well yesterday was a total loss, pigged out on a curry ....
and I don't even think the 15 min walk in -50c Siberian winds and snow down in whistable (kent coast) yesterday would have made a dent in it
I dont live far away from you!! I might even know you. Lets hope not else my cover is blown. Im in canterbury, half of you know that from facebook so not much of a reason to keep that anon.
I love the bubble!! Im often found on the nice bit of the beach near that pub with a BBQ in the summer.
Today i worked 12-5 with an hour lunch breakwill get paid till 7 woo. Ive worked 6 days on the trot, it will be 9 days in total with one day off. This will pay for the heating bill due in march im sure.

Evening All,
I've had a Day 1 today, and think I've managed to do OK.
Victory - I remembered what you said about not eating when you're in the house alone. I caught myself thinking when OH was off to get the car MOT'd this afternoon, 'ooh, I can sneak something to eat then...' How did I get back into doing that again?? When did that happen? I know it's been happening alot though of late, so I am now totally going to be sticking to that rule. I told my OH and he looked amazed that I do that. Kind of regretting my admission to him now
Today I did boring housework stuff, and a mega stint at the ironing. It really made my back ache standing doing that for hours, which is a sure sign I'm carrying too much weight again.
I so wish the weather was warmer, I just can't force myself to go out and cycle in it when it's this cold. I may get the Wii Fit out again tomorrow, as I've left that for months now, well, I stopped last spring when the weather warmed up.
Anyway, I had the smallest portion at the table this evening, with plenty of veg, so despite feeling a bit peckish, I am glad I was able to be restrained. No snacking inbetween meals at all. That in itself is an achievement these days.
I am trying to focus on dates ahead, so I have a lunch date with my sisters in March, a wedding in August, and a party in September. I am going to put those in to some kind of chart/spreadsheet, and work towards them. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

Been to hemel hempstead today skiing on the indoor snow centre. Wow if only I could do that daily I would be a size 10 in no time. 2 hrs skiing is burning over 1000 calories. But trouble is I always feel starving afterwards.........
Cant believe it - I live about half a mile from there!! welcome to hemel!!I looked in there the other day with a view to taking DS there for his birthday but it is hellishly expensive - £23 per head for 1 hour ringo session and minimum 10 people in the party  think we'll be going to the pictures instead.....

vix I do make them as well as buy them ready made but sometimes it is just easier to put them in the microwave for 40 mins while they hover around me like little birds with open mouths:rotfl:
sary good on ya:D don't regret admitting it to OH because knowledge is power, now he knows he may look out for you or remind you not to eat alone, comfort eat, boredom eat etc, this week has been one of those weeks that more often than not I have been in the house alone and have caught myself fantasizing about what I could possible have, all the combinations, how lovely that would be as I have not had it for ages, how a little would not hurt,:rotfl::rotfl:but that is all I do, I stop actually eating it because a)I know it is a problem of mine eating alone through boredom and only makes me gain, feel worse, feel guilty, like I have a secret food addiction and b) I plan all my days meals all on the side or ready to go in the kitchen so there is no thought to be had, I know what when the cals and find that invaluable so I say to myself if it is not on the list it is not coming in:rotfl:
The house has been stripped back, proper spring clean, curtains, nets, draws, thrown out things, donated to charity, keeping busy an absolute must, next week is half term so that is a whole different way, food will not be an issue and then there are the extra times at work because someone is off on the hols, the busier the less food comes into play, it is so organized down to the last cal in the kitchen that sometimes busy times just eat it on automatic, knowing that I am not going over or eating what I should not be:D
For the newbies three things that have helped me unmeasurably are 1. Plan, plan the days food, the week ahead, what you are going to eat if you go out, plan everything.
2. Don't ever buy, bring in temptation into the house.
3. Keep a food dairy, take measurements of all parts of the body, take photos of before and after, write everything down, watch biggest looser, diet shows, read recipe books, never eat what you don't like feels like a chore then, look forward to meals, adapt your favs take aways or meals to less cals, use creme fraise instead of double cream that type of thing and never feel deprived, if you can't have it you will want it more:D0 -

Sary and Victory - It's funny I'm the opposite. OH was away overnight last night with his work and I was so organised. I had my dinner and a coffee then nothing else till this morning. I got up and made my breakfast and a healthy packed lunch. It's official - he's a bad influence on me
. Better not tell him though incase he thinks I'm wanting rid of him.
